رصدخانه هوش مصنوعی سازمان همکاری و توسعه اقتصادی

رصدخانه‌ها همواره در فرایند سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی و پروژه‌های آینده‌نگارانه از اهمیت بسیار بالایی برخوردار هستند. وظیفه آنها پایش تحولات و شناسایی روندها و فرصت‌ها برای سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی موثر است. رصدخانه‌ها بصورت تخصصی فعالیت می‌کنند و معمولا بازوی مشورتی نهادهای سیاست‌گذاری کلان مانند وزارت‌خانه‌ها و یا اتحادیه‌های بین‌المللی هستند. سازمان همکاری و توسعه اقتصادی عمده‌ترین سازمان بین‌المللی تصمیم‌گیرنده اقتصادی است که از 1948 فعالیت خود را شروع کرده است. این سازمان با توجه به تحولات عمده و تاثیرگذاری که در زمینه هوش مصنوعی در حال رخ دادن است و اهمیت روندهایی که برگرفته از هوش مصنوعی زندگی آینده بشر را شکل خواهد داد، از می 2019 رصدخانه هوش مصنوعی را بصورت تخصصی به عنوان مرکز پایش و سیاست‌گذاری هوش مصنوعی راه‌اندازی کرده است. آگاهی از وجود این رصدخانه و فعالیت‌های آن برای نهادهای سیاست‌گذار و پژوهشگرانی که در زمینه هوش مصنوعی یا آینده‌پژوهی تحقیق می‌کنند ضروری و پرفایده است. هدف از این مقاله معرفی رصدخانه هوش مصنوعی سازمان همکاری و توسعه اقتصادی است که گامی ترویجی در جهت کمک به پژوهشگرانی است که در این زمینه فعالیت‌ می‌کنند. این رصدخانه در چهار بخش اصلی به ارائه اطلاعات می‌پردازد. «اصول هوش مصنوعی سازمان همکاری توسعه اقتصادی»، «سیاست‌گذاری هوش مصنوعی»، «کشورها و ابتکارات» و همچنین «داده‌ها و روندهای هوش مصنوعی» چهار بخش اصلی این رصدخانه هستند که اطلاعات و گزارش‌های مفصلی قابل دسترسی را ارائه می دهد.

observatories have always been of great importance in the policy making and planning process and in foresight projects. their job is to monitor changes and trends and to identify opportunities for effective policy making and planning. observatories operate professionally and are usually the advisory arm of macro policy institutions such as ministries or international unions like the eu. the organization for economic cooperation and development (oecd) is the largest international economic decision making body, which has been operating since 1948. due to the major and influential developments that are taking place in the field of artificial intelligence and the importance of the trends derived from artificial intelligence that will shape the future of human life, from may 2019, the oecd.ai has been launched as a monitoring and policy center in the field of ai. awareness of the existence of this observatory and its activities are necessary and useful for policymakers and researchers who research in the field of artificial intelligence or futures studies. this paper uses document study method to introduce the artificial intelligence observatory of the organization for economic cooperation and development, which is a promotional step to assist researchers working in the field. the observatory provides information in four main sections. the principles of artificial intelligence of the organization for economic co operation and development, artificial intelligence policy, countries and initiatives as well as data and trends of artificial intelligence are the four main sections of this observatory where detailed information and reports are available.
