سامانه های پیشنهاددهنده نشریه جهت چاپ مقاله: ابزار کمکی پژوهشگران

پژوهشگران تمایل دارند برای ارتقا خود و سازمان، نتایج فعالیت‌های پژوهشی را در کوتا‌ه‌ترین زمان و از طریق رسانه‌‌هایی مانند نشریات علمی، در اختیار سایرین قرار دهند. در عصر کنونی تعداد نشریات و مقالات علمی هر ساله در حال افزایش است و تصمیم برای انتشار یافته‌های پژوهشی در نشریه‌ای معتبر و مرتبط از چالش‌های پژوهشگران، بویژه نویسندگان کم‌تجربه می‌باشد. این تاخیر در انتشار منجر به از دست دادن تازگی، اهمیت و تاثیرگذاری یافته‌های تحقیقاتی خواهد شد. از اینرو وجود ابزارهای کمکی در تسهیل انتخاب بهینه نشریه جهت چاپ مقاله ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد. سامانه‌های پیشنهاددهنده در این حوزه، در صورتیکه بخوبی عمل کنند، می‌توانند هم برای پژوهشگران و هم برای دبیران نشریات مفید واقع شوند. از سویی انگیزه پژوهشگران در انتخاب نشریه مناسب، جهت چاپ و انتشار یافته‌های پژوهشی، پیچیده است و به عوامل مختلفی ارتباط دارد. برای این تصمیم، به اطلاعات متعدد از منابع گوناگون، درباره ویژگی‌های نشریات نیاز است، که دستیابی به آنها ممکن است با دشواری‌هایی همراه باشد. این مهم در برخی سامانه‌های پیشنهاددهنده نشریه تا حدودی مرتفع گردیده است؛ اما در نهایت، این تصمیم بر عهده مولف است، تا آگاهانه و بر اساس وزن‌دهی به هر یک از ویژگی‌ها‌، نشریه مناسب را انتخاب نماید. در این مطالعه با رویکردی مروری به معرفی سامانه‌های بین‌المللی پیشنهاددهنده نشریه برای چاپ مقاله پرداخته شده است.

journal recommender system: assistance tool for researchers

َabstractresearchers tend to provide the results of their research activities at the shortest possible time through the media, such as scientific journals, to promote themselves and the organization. in present age, the number of scientific journals and articles is increasing every year and the decision to publish research findings in a prestigious and relevant journal is one of the challenges for young and inexperienced researchers. this delay in publication will lead to a loss of novelty, importance and effectiveness of research findings. recommender systems in this field can be useful to both researchers and editors of journals to save time and money.on the other hand, the motivation of researchers in selecting the appropriate journal for publishing and publishing research findings is complex and related to various factors. this decision requires a wealth of information from a variety of sources on the characteristics of the publications, which may be difficult to obtain. this issue has been somewhat resolved in some of the journal recommender systems. in the end, it is up to the author to make the right choice, consciously, and weighing each of the features. in this study introduces the international journals recommender system with a review approach.
