سیاست‌های عمومی مواجهه با آثار آتی کووید 19

هشدار زود هنگام مسایل و آگاهی‌بخشی اولین گام در چرخه سیاست‌گذاری عمومی است. پیش‌ارزیابی موضوعات و پیش‌ نگری به سیاست‌گذاران کمک می‌کند که بتوانند پیش‌‌ فعالانه عمل کرده و در مقابل اتفاقات آینده، غافلگیر نشوند. شگفتی ساز کووید19با شیوع و پاندمیک شدن از جنبه‌های مختلف تاثیرات شگرفی بر جامعه بشری داشته است. در حال حاضر موسسات مشهور در دنیا از جمله مک‌کنزی، آلبرت کخ آلمان و مرکز تحقیقات سیاست اقتصادی در چین به‌دنبال پاسخ به این سوال هسند که در صورت طولانی شدن این بیماری آثاری که بر جامعه بشری خواهد گذاشت چه خواهد بود؟ در این مقاله سعی شده است که با استفاده از روش استیپ و استفاده از منابع معتبر وبا بررسی ابعاد مختلف اجتماعی، اقتصادی، زیست محیطی و فناورانه و ارایه راهکارهای سیاستی به این پرسش پاسخ دهیم. نتیجه پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که این رویداد آثار مثبت و منفی متعددی داشته که بیش از همه آثار اقتصادی آن مشهود است و از طرف دیگر این پدیده موجب شده که وجه مثبت فناوری و فضای مجازی قوت بگیرد و به ‌لحاظ زیست‌محیطی زمین فرصت نفس‌کشیدن پیدا کرده و از بعد اجتماعی و سیاسی جلب اعتماد عمومی و ارایه وجوه سفید و سیاه ابعاد مختلف امور برای جامعه توسط سیاست‌گذاران، درگیر کردن واقعی طیف متنوعی از ذینفعان و اندیشیدن به راه‌حلهای بدیل در حین تصمیم‌گیری و رهبری پایدار مقابله با بحران راهکارهایی مهم برای فائق آمدن بر شرایط حاکم پس از کرونا صورت پذیرد.

public policies for dealing with covid-19's future implications

early warning of issues and awareness is the first step in the public policy cycle. predicting topics and forecasting helps policymakers to be proactive and not be surprised by future events. the surprise of the quaid 19 instrument has had a tremendous impact on human society by spreading and becoming pandemic in many ways. world-renowned institutions such as mckenzie, albert koch of germany and the center for economic policy research in china are currently seeking answers to the question of what the effects of the disease will be on human society if the disease is prolonged. in this article, we have tried to answer this question by using the step method and using valid sources and using various social, economic, environmental and technological dimensions and presenting policy solutions. the results of this study show that this event has had many positive and negative effects, the most obvious of which are its economic effects, and on the other hand, this phenomenon has strengthened the positive aspect of technology and cyberspace, and in terms of the earth’s ecological environment. breathing and socially and politically gaining public trust and presenting the white and black aspects of the various dimensions of affairs for society by policymakers, real engaging a diverse range of stakeholders and thinking of alternative solutions during decision-making and sustainable crisis management is an important way to overcome post-corona governance.
