ضرورت، کاربست و اثرگذاری طبقه‌بندی در توسعه علوم

طبقه‌بندی علوم از دغدغه‌های دیرین و دائمی فیلسوفان و فرزانگان بوده، و ضرورت مرتفع ساختن این مسئله، تا آنجا بوده که شماری از فلاسفه و علمای شرقی و غربی در این وادی تلاش هایی داشته و طرح هایی از طبقه بندی های گوناگون، با ملاکها و رویکردهای مختلف نیز ارائه نموده اند. هدف اصلی این مقاله، بررسی نقش و اثرگذاری طبقه بندی در توسعه علوم است. روش این مقاله، مطالعه اسنادی با رویکرد تحلیلی فلسفی می باشد. در انتهای مقاله نیز با عنایت به مباحث مطرح شده، اثرات طبقه بندی در توسعه علم، به صورت فشرده ارائه گردیده، از سوی دیگر بیان شد که توانایی در طبقه‌بندی علوم، به معنی تسلّط علمی نیز می باشد. و این موضوع نه ‌تنها در عرصه علم اهمیّت دارد، بلکه تاثیرات فرهنگی عمیقی نیز در پی خواهد داشت؛ به‌طوری که یکی از متفکّران این حوزه می‌گوید: «اگر فرهنگی بتواند روش تقسیم‌بندی علوم خود را وارد فرهنگ دیگری کند، تمام آن فرهنگ را تسخیر کرده است.
