نقش کشاورزی حساس به تغذیه در امنیت غذایی و تغذیه ای

امنیت غذایی یکی از مباحث مهم است که در سال‌های اخیر مورد توجه برنامه‌ریزان توسعه و سیاستگذاران قرار گرفته است. با توجه به اینکه فقر و امنیت غذایی دغدغه شماری از جمعیت جهان بوده و تغییرات اقلیمی بیشترین خسارات را بر آسیب‌پذیرترین اقشار وارد می‌کند، روشن است که بشر در چنین شرایطی به رویکردهای کشاورزی نیاز دارد. در راستای بررسی و تبیین جایگاه کشاورزی در امنیت غذایی این مطالعه با روش مبتنی بر مرور ادبیات نظری انجام شد. در این مقاله سعی شده است تا ضمن مرور اجمالی بر مفاهیم امنیت غذایی، امنیت تغذیه‌ای، کشاورزی حساس به تغذیه و پیوند غذاکشاورزیتغذیه، به راهکارهای بهبود تغذیه از طریق کشاورزی پرداخته شود. نتایج بررسی نشان داد که تحقق امنیت غذایی وابسته به رویکردهای مختلفی از جمله رویکرد کشاورزی حساس به تغذیه می‌باشد که همزمان با توجه به افزایش کمیت و تنوع مواد غذایی به دسترسی به کیفیت موادغذایی بالاتر و سلامت آن برای رفع سوتغذیه نیز تاکید دارد. هدف کشاورزی حساس به تغذیه تولید غذای سالم و ایمن حاوی مواد مغذی ضروری و دسترسی مقرون به صرفه برای جمعیت روستایی و شهری است. به‌منظور پیاده سازی این رویکرد ظرفیت‌های انسانی و سازمانی باید در کلیه سطوح و در سراسر بخش‌های رسمی و غیر رسمی تقویت گردند. بنابر این توسعه کشاورزی حساس به تغذیه به‌عنوان یک رویکرد پشتیبانی‌کننده از امنیت تغذیه‌ای باید در دستور کار برنامه‌های توسعه قرار گیرد.

The role of nutrition-sensitive agriculture in food and nutritional security

Food security is one of the most important issues that has been considered by development planners and policy makers in recent years. Given that poverty and food security are a concern for a number of the world’s population and climate change is causing the greatest damage to the most vulnerable people. Hence, it is clear that human beings in this situation need agricultural approaches to investigate and explain the place of agriculture in food security. The study was conducted using a method based on review of theoretical literature. In this article, while giving a brief overview of the concepts of food security, nutritional security, nutritionsensitive agriculture and foodagriculturenutrition linkage, strategies to improve nutrition through agriculture are discussed. The results showed that the realization of food security depends on various approaches, including the approach of nutritionsensitive agriculture, which at the same time due to increasing the quantity and variety of food, helps to achieve access to higher food quality and health to eliminate malnutrition. The goal of nutritionsensitive agriculture is to produce healthy and safe food containing essential nutrients and affordable access for rural and urban populations. In order to implement this approach, human and organizational capacities must be strengthened at all levels and throughout the formal and informal sectors. Therefore, the development of nutritionsensitive agriculture as an approach to supporting food security should be on the agenda of development programs.
