تحلیل تماتیک موانع همکاری دانشگاه و صنعت

امروزه، ارتباط مطلوب بین صنعت و دانشگاه به عنوان مقوله ای کارآمد در جهت توسعه اقتصادی اجتماعی و موفقیت برنامه های آتی یک جامعه، ضرورتی انکارناپذیر شده است. ارتباط صنعت با دانشگاه، با توجه به نقشی که این دو نهاد در جامعه بازی می کنند، نیازمند سازوکارهای ویژه ای است که بدون پرداختن به آنها و نیز بدون ایجاد زمینه های مناسب، نمی توان بر کارآمدی آن دلخوش داشت. این مقاله به دنبال پاسخگویی به این سئوال است که موانع همکاری دانشگاه و صنعت چه می باشد؟ در این راستا با توجه به بافت و شرایط نظام آموزش عالی(دانشگاه ها) و تعامل آن با صنعت و همچنین با توجه به ماهیت میان رشته ای بودن موضوع همکاری دانشگاه و صنعت، رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل تماتیک به عنوان روش تحقیق پ‍ژوهش حاضر انتخاب گردید با تحلیل تماتیک و استفاده از مصاحبه های نیمه ساختارمند، اطلاعات از هفده نفر خبره و اعضا هیات علمی دانشگاه و نیز مدیران مراکز رشد، دفتر ارتباط دانشگاه با صنعت و مراکز کارآفرینی در حوزه صنعت، دانشگاه و تجاری سازی جمع آوری شد و با استفاده از روش کدگذاری باز و محوری، داده ها تحلیل شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان دهنده موانع؛ محدودیت های دانشگاه، محدودیت های صنعت، موانع فرهنگی، موانع سازمانی، عملیاتی و موانع قانونی سیاسی می باشد. در انتها نتیجه گیری و پیشنهاداتی جهت توسعه همکاری دانشگاه با صنعت ارائه گردیده است.

Thematic analysis of barriers to university-industry cooperation

Abstract Today, the favorable relationship between industry and academia as an efficient category for socioeconomic development and the success of a society’s future plans has become an undeniable necessity. The relationship between industry and the university, given the role that these two institutions play in society, requires special mechanisms that can not be enjoyed without addressing them and without creating the right context. This article seeks to answer the question of what are the barriers to universityindustry cooperation? In this regard, according to the context and conditions of the higher education system (universities) and its interaction with industry and also due to the interdisciplinary nature of universityindustry cooperation, a qualitative approach and thematic analysis method was selected as the research method. By thematic analysis and using semistructured interviews, information was collected from seventeen experts and faculty members of the university as well as managers of growth centers, universityindustry relations office and entrepreneurship centers in the field of industry, university and commercialization. Data were analyzed by open and centralized coding method. Research results indicate barriers; University restrictions include industry restrictions, cultural barriers, organizational, operational barriers, and politicallegal barriers. Finally, conclusions and suggestions for developing the university’s cooperation with industry are presented.
