تاسیس موزه سیل به‌عنوان تکنیک آموزشی در ایران

در میان همه مخاطرات طبیعی در جهان و از جمله در ایران سیل از مخرب‌ترین آن‌هاست و بیشترین فراوانی وقوع را نیز داراست. با این وجود به دلیل نیاز اساسی انسان به آب، بشر اولیه مجبور بوده که در کنار رودخانه‌ها ومحیط‌های آبی زندگی کند. برای تداوم رابطه متعادل بین انسان و طبیعت و توسعه پایدار، شناخت طبیعت برای انسان مهم بوده و این شناخت جزء از راه آموزش به دست نمی‌آید. درهمین راستا تاسیس پارک موزه سیل در برخی کشورها آغاز گردید که محلی برای ایجاد آرامش توام با تفکر وتجربه درباره سیل و پیامد های منفی آن است. پارکموزه سیل مکانی است جهت ارائه دستاورد علمی روز با زبانی ساده درقالب دستگاه‌ها و وسایل آموزشی باهدف افزایش سطح سواد جامعه تا مردم بتوانند به‌طور عملی با بخش‌های مختلف سیل آشنا شوند. این موزه‌ها درتمام نقاط دنیا مزایای زیادی برای شهر وکشور خود بهمراه دارند که ایجاد شغل‌های علمی و غیرعلمی وتا رشد اقتصادی منطقه را شامل می‌شوند. در این مقاله به بررسی ساختار، اهداف و دستاوردهای موزه سیل می‌پردازیم و فوایدی که این موزه برای جامعه، افراد، شهر وکشوردارد را شرح می‌دهیم. ازآنجایی‌که به‌جز 10درصد از مساحت ایران، بقیه نقاط پتانسیل سیل‌خیزی دارد‌، لذا این مقاله بر آن است تا مروری بر مهمترین موزه‌های سیل جهان داشته و از تجارب آن‌ها برای احداث پارک موزه سیل در ایران استفاده گردد.

However, due to the basic human need for water, early humans were forced to live along rivers and aquatic environments. To maintain a balanced relationship between man and nature and sustainable development, knowledge of nature is important to man and this knowledge is not achieved through education. In this regard, the establishment of the Flood Museum Park has begun in some countries, which is a place to create peace with thinking and experience about the flood and its negative consequences. The museum of floodpark is a center based on science to present the uptodate achievement of flood science from all over the word with the goal of improvement in knowledge of society by equipment and devices,how people can learn flood sciences practically.several valuale benefits have been presented by museums of flood sciences from all over the word,such as useful scientific and nonscientific jobs,economic development.this article ,evaluate the structure ,goals and achievement of the museum of flood science and its benefits for society,people ,city and country. Exception 0/10 of area of iran,the other have the flood potential.this article incline to review the most important floodpark museum from all over the word for stablishment the flood museum in iran.
