برنامه ریزی مشارکتی در ترویج علم

توسعه علمی به معنی رشد همراه با تغییر نگرش ها و تحول در نهادهای اجتماعی برای بهره برداری و نوآوری های بیشتر، نیازمند ترویج علم است و تحقق اهداف ترویج علم یا بازتاب اندیشه های علمی قابل درک برای همگان مستلزم برنامه ریزی متناسب با خصایص جامعه است. در حوزه برنامه ریزی، شیوه های گوناگونی شکل گرفته که گونه ای از آن، برنامه ریزی مشارکتی است که در سال های اخیر مورد توجه بسیاری از کشورها قرار گرفته و در این نوع از برنامه ریزی سعی شده که امکان مشارکت عمومی در سطوح گوناگون برنامه ریزی و تصمیم سازی برای اعضای جامعه هدف فراهم شود. این مقاله توصیفی تحلیلی با بهره گیری از منابع موجود درصدد ارائه مدل پنداشتی برنامه ریزی در ترویج علم است و به نظر می رسد برنامه ریزی مشارکتی با ماهیت و کارکرد ترویج علم در ایران تناسب و سنخیت بیشتری دارد.

Collaborative Planning for the Popularization of Science

Scientific development meaning growth along with changing attitudesand evolution in social institutions for more utilization andinnovations requires popularization of science and realization ofpopularization of science goals or reflection of scientific thoughtswhich are understandable to the public requires planning according tothe characteristics of a certain society. In the field of planning,different methods have been developed. One of them is collaborativeplanning which has been considered by many countries in recentyears. This type of planning tries to provide the members of the targetcommunity with the possibility of public participation in differentlevels of planning and decision making. This descriptiveanalyticresearch uses available resources to provide a conceptual model ofplanning for popularization of science. It seems that collaborativeplanning is better suited and more compatible with the nature andfunctions of science popularization in Iran.
