بررسی نرم‌افزار پژوهیار: ابزاری کمکی برای پژوهشگران در مجموعه‌سازی، سازماندهی و استناددهی منابع اطلاعاتی

جستجو، گردآوری و سازماندهی منابع اطلاعاتی، تحقیقاتی و پژوهشی از یک سو و استناددهی به منابع مورد استفاده از سوی دیگر، همواره یکی از مسائل مهم و ضروری پژوهشگران بوده است. به موازات رشد و توسعه فناوریهای اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی، کتابخانه ها، دانشگاهها، مراکز اطلاع رسانی،علمی و پژوهشی به ابزارهای ذخیره و بازیابی اطلاعات مناسب و سودمند مجهز شدند و همچنین،ایجاد و توسع شبکه وب و اینترنت جهانی، منجر به دسترسی پژوهشگران به منابع بی شمار اطلاعاتی شد. در این میان ذخیره و مجموع سازی فراداده های اطلاعاتی در یک کتابخان دیجیتالی با استفاده ازابزارهای دیجیتالی کار را آسان تر می سازد. استناددهی و ارجاع به منابع اطلاعاتی استفاده شده با شیوه های استاندارد مزیت دیگری است که کاربران بدون نیاز دارند. علاوه بر آن در محیط دیجیتال نیازبه ابزاری مناسب است که با پشتیبانی قالب ها و استانداردهای صفحات وب کار ذخیره سازی داده را میسر کند. نوشتار حاضر، با مروری کلی به معرفی نرم افزارهای مدیریت استناددهی، ویژگی های آن و سپس محدودیت های آن برای تولید نرم افزار پژوهیار، به عنوان اولین نرم افزار فارسی زبان مدیریت استناددهی و ارجاعات می پردازد، و با هدف بررسی ویژگی ها و قابلیتهای آن را در مجموع سازی، سازماندهی و استناددهی و با رویکردی مروری امکانات آن را که بصورت تجربی پیاده شده است،در زمین مدیریت استناددهی معرفی میکند.

An Examination of Pajoohyar Software: An Assistant Tool forResearchers in Acquisition, Organizing, and Citation ofInformation Resources

Searching for, gathering and organizing information and research resourceson one hand and citing the sources, which are used on the other, havealways been one of the most important and urgent issues for researchers.Along with the growth and development of information and communicationtechnologies, libraries, universities, information centers, science centers andresearch centers have been equipped with convenient and useful data storageand retrieval tools. Also, the creation and development of the World WideWeb and Internet, resulted in the access of researchers to numerousinformation resources. Meanwhile, storing and acquisition of metadatainformation in a digital library using digital tools, makes it easier. Citing andreferring to the resources of information used in standard ways is anotheradvantage that users need. In addition, the digital environment requires anappropriate tool that supports data formats and standards supporting webpages. This article, with a general review, introduces the citationmanagement software, its features and then its limitations to producePajoohyar software, as the first Persian citation and reference managementsoftware. It aims at examining its features and capabilities in acquisition,organizing, and citation, and with an overviewing approach, it introduces itspossibilities that have empirically been implemented in the field of citationmanagement.
