اثرات زیست محیطی آزاد سازی قیمت نهادهای شیمیایی بر محصولات کشاورزی

با توجه به اهمیت منابع تولیدی در کشت محصولات کشاورزی برنامه ریزی و مدیریت در زمینه مصرف بهینه منابع بسیار مهم و مورد تاکید است و نیاز به سیاست های مناسب در این زمینه دارد. یکی از سیاست هایی که در چند سال اخیر در این زمینه پیشنهاد و اجرایی شده، سیاست هدفمندکردن یارانه ها است. وجود محدودیت منابع در بخش کشاورزی و نیاز به افزایش تولید محصولات کشاورزی برای پاسخ گویی به تقاضای زیاد مصرف کنندگان باعث فشار بر محیط زیست و آسیب رساندن به آن شده است. حد بحرانی این فشار عمدتاً به صورت استفاده گسترده از نهاده های شیمیایی است، به طوری که در حال حاضر مهم‌ترین جنبه های زیست محیطی نگران کنندۀ فعالیت های کشاورزی، استفاده از نهاده های کشاورزی به خصوص نهاده های شیمیایی است. این پژوهش به صورت مروری و با استفاده از آمار و ارقام موجود در منابع معتبر مربوط به کشاورزی نظیر کتاب ها، پایان نامه ها، مجله ها و ژورنال های علمی پژوهشی و مطالب منتشر شده در سایر منابع علمی نظیر اینترنت نیز بهره گرفته است و ضمن بررسی اهمیت استفاده از منابع تولیدی به ویژه منابع شیمیایی در محصولات کشاورزی، مفهوم سیاست یارانه به نهاده ها را نیز مورد بررسی قرار می دهد. در نهایت برای دستیابی به نتایج بهتر در این زمینه برنامه‌های ترویج آموزشی رایگان برای کشاورزان پیشنهاد شد.
