مرور نظام‌مند برنامه‌ی آموزش والدین هانن بر مهارت‌های ارتباطی، تعاملی و زبانی کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم

اختلال طیف اتیسم اختلالی تحولی است که تاثیر قابل‌توجهی بر مهارت‌های ارتباطی می‌گذارد. ازآنجاکه داشتن مهارت‌های ارتباطی برای رشد سایر مهارت‌ها ضروری است، به‌کارگیری مداخلات زودهنگام در جهت بهبود مهارت‌های ارتباطی در کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی تاثیر برنامه‌ی آموزش والدگری هانن بر مهارت‌های ارتباطی، تعاملی و زبانی کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم بود که به روش مروری نظام‌مند انجام شد. بر این اساس، با جستجوی کلیدواژه‌های اختلال طیف اتیسم، مهارت‌های ارتباطی، مداخلات زودهنگام، برنامه والدین هانن، در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی فارسی و خارجی شامل ساینس دایرکت، سیج‌پاب، پایگاه اطلاع‌رسانی اریک، کتابخانه آنلاین ویلی، اسپرینگر، مرکز ملی اطلاعات بیوتکنولوژی (پابمد)، مرکز اطلاعات جهانی پروکوست، پایگاه مجلات تخصصی نور، پایگاه مرکز اطلاعات علمی، مگ‌ایران و ایران‌داک، کلیه مقالات و پایان‌نامه‌های در بازه‌ی زمانی 1990 تا 2022 بررسی شد. ازاین‌رو، با توجه به ملاک‌های ورود و خروج به پژوهش، نتایج 13 مقاله و پایان‌نامه‌ استخراج و موردبررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج این پژوهش‌ها نشان داد که برنامه والدین هانن می‌تواند با تکیه بر استراتژی‌های آموزشی در محیط طبیعی و تعامل موثر والد با کودک، موجب اکتساب طبیعی مهارت‌های ارتباطی کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم شود؛ بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود از این برنامه به‌عنوان مداخله‌ای زودهنگام آموزش والدین جهت کار با کودک با اختلال طیف اتیسم مورداستفاده قرار گیرد. بااین‌وجود، به علت محدودیت‌های پژوهشی که تعمیم‌پذیری نتایج را به خطر می‌اندازد، اثربخشی آن نیازمند بررسی‌های دقیق‌تری است.

evaluation of hanen parent program on communication, interaction and language skills in children with autism spectrum disorder: a systematic review

autism spectrum disorder (asd) is a developmental disability that can cause significant communication challenges. because communication skills are essential to developing other skills, it seems necessary to use early interventions to improve communication skills in children with asd. therefore, the aim of this systematic review was to summarize current research about the effect of the hanen parent program on the communication, interaction, and language skills of children with asd. accordingly, it was searched for all articles and dissertations indexed in persian and foreign databases, in sciencedirect, sagepub, eric, wiley, springer, pubmed, proquest, noormags, sid, magiran, and irandoc in the period 1990 to 2022; using a combination of expressions including “autism spectrum disorder”, “hanen parent program”, “communication skills” and “early intervention”. thus, according to the eligibility criteria (inclusion and exclusion), thirteen articles were included in this systematic review. the results of these studies showed that the hanen parent program can lead to the natural acquisition of communication skills in children with asd by relying on strategies in the natural environment and parent-child interaction. therefore, it is suggested that the hanen parent program be used as a beneficial early intervention for children with asd. however, due to the research limitations that reduce the generalization of the results, its effectiveness requires more detailed studies.
