مقایسه اثربخشی توان بخشی شناختی و مهارت عاطفی اجتماعی بر ارتقای نظریه ذهن درکودکان اتیسم

پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه اثربخشی توان بخشی شناختی و مهارت عاطفی اجتماعی بر ارتقای نظریه ذهن درکودکان اتیسم، در حیطه تحقیقات مقطعی و کاربردی بود. روش شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. از 45 نفر دانش‌آموز معرفی شده مدرسه پیامبر اعظم منطقه5 و کانون مادران یاریگر توانجویان اتیسم (میتا) منطقه6 تهران در سال(1399-1398) با تکمیل پرسش‌نامه سنجش دامنه اتیسم جامعه‌ای 30 نفری با عملکرد بالا در گروه نمونه 30 نفری به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای در دو گروه آموزش و یک گروه کنترل (هر گروه 10 نفر)، جایگزین شدند.گروه آزمایشی اول با برنامه هوشمند توانبخشی شناختی بازشناسی هیجانی صورت وِ گروه آزمایشی دوم با آموزش مهارت‌های عاطفی اجتماعی آموزش دیدند. گروه سوم آموزشی دریافت نکردند. نتایج آماری حاصل از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری (مانکوا) و آزمون تعقیبی شفه نشان داد، میزان نظریه ذهن در کودکان اتیسم بعد از اعمال تنها توانبخشی شناختی افزایش یافته است و هر دو گروه نسبت به گروه کنترل دارای میانگین بالاتری در سطوح نظریه ذهن کل بودند. گروه‌های آزمایش یک (توانبخشی شناختی) نسبت به گروه کنترل دارای میانگین بالاتری در سطح 1، 2 و نظریه ذهن کل بودند و اختلاف میانگین‌ها در سطح 0.05 معنی‌دار شد.  گروه آزمایش دوم (مهارت عاطفی اجتماعی) نسبت به گروه کنترل دارای میانگین بالاتری در سطح 3 بودند و اختلاف میانگین‌ها در سطح 0.05 معنی‌دار شد. می‌توان نتیجه گرفت توانبخشی شناختی روش مداخله‌ای مناسب برای مربیان و درمانگران کودکان اتیسم برای ارتقای نظریه ذهن می‌باشد.

the effectiveness of a music-based developmental relation therapy program on promotion of mothers-child relationship of children with autistic spectrum disorder

the aim of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of a music-based developmental relation therapy program in the promotion of the mothers-child relationship of children with an autistic spectrum disorder. the statistical population of this study consisted of all primary school children with level 1 autistic spectrum disorder (requiring support) that referred to the autism charity center of tehran. sixteen boys with autistic spectrum disorder and their mothers were conveniently selected and randomly divided into experimental and control groups (n=8). atec, gars-2, and mcre questionnaires were used to diagnose autism disorder and the effectiveness of the intervention program. the results of one-way anova (between groups) showed that there was a significant difference between the study’s groups in overprotective (f28,1=13/26, p=0/001,η^2=0/32) and acceptance, f28,1=9/38, p= 0/01,η^2=0/25). indeed, the average of the interventive group in the overprotection and acceptance subscales were lower and greater than control groups respectively. conclusion: the results showed that the music-based developmental relation therapy program significantly increased the mothers-child relationship of children with an autistic spectrum disorder.
