اثربخشی مداخله بهنگام والد محور مبتنی بر الگوی سال های باورنکردنی بر رفتارسازشی کودکان کم توان ذهنی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی مداخله بهنگام والد محور مبتنی بر سالهای باورنکردنی بر رفتار سازشی کودکان کم توان ذهنی آموزش پذیر 7-5 سال بود. این پژوهش از نوع آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون - پس آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کودکان کم توان ذهنی آموزش پذیر بود که در سال 1397 در مراکز استثنایی شهرستان لردگان مشغول به تحصیل بودند. از بین آن ها به روش تصادفی 30 نفر انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفره (آزمایش و کنترل) گمارده شدند. پرسشنامه رفتار سازشی واینلند، به عنوان پیش آزمون بر روی دو گروه اجرا شد.سپس والدین گروه آزمایشی در 12 جلسه تحت برنامه مداخله‌ا‌ی سالهای باورنکردنی قرار گرفتند و والدین گروه کنترل هیچ برنامه مداخله‌ای را در طی این مدت دریافت نکردند. پس از اتمام دوره مداخله و 3 ماه بعد، آزمون رفتارسازشی واینلند بار دیگر بر روی دو گروه به ترتیب بعنوان پس آزمون و پیگیری اجراشد. داده های به دست آمده با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری های مکرر تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین عملکرد دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در میزان رفتار سازشی تفاوت معنادار آماری(001/ 0> p) وجود دارد. بنابراین می توان نتیجه گرفت که برنامه مداخله سالهای باورنکردنی بر بهبودرفتارسازشی کودکان کم توان ذهنی و خرده مقیاس‌های مسائل شغلی، اجتماعی شدن، ارتباط و خودیاری در پوشیدن موثر بوده و ماندگاری برنامه مداخله‌ پس از 3 ماه پابرجا مانده است.

The Effectiveness of ParentBased Intervention Based on Incredible Years Model on adaptive behavior of Intellectual Disability Children Educable 57 years.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of a parentcentered intervention based on Incredible years on adaptive behavior of 57 years old intellectual disability children. This study was experimental with pretestposttest design and followup with control group. The statistical population included all educable intellectual disability students who were studying in special centers in Lordegan in 2018. Thirty people were randomly selected and assigned to two groups of 15 (experimental and control). The vinland Adaptive Behavior Questionnaire was administered to the two groups as a pretest. Then the parents of the experimental group were treated to an incredible interventional program for 12 sessions and the control group’s parents did not receive any intervention during this period. At the end of the intervention period and 3 months later, the Vineland Behavioral Test was again administered to the two groups as posttest and followup respectively. The obtained data were analyzed by repeated measures ANOVA using spss22 software. The results showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the performance of the two experimental and control groups in adjustment behavior (p <0.001). Therefore, it can be concluded that the intervention program of the incredible years was effective in improving the behavioral behavior of intellectual disability children and the subscales of occupational problems, socialization, communication and selfhelp dress , and the viability of the intervention program remained after 3 months.
