چکیده
|
کم‌توانی ذهنی و تحولی، اختلالی است که بر کارکرد انطباقی و هوشی فرد در حوزه‌های عملی، اجتماعی و مفهومی تاثیرگذار است. هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش فرزندپروری مبتنی بر برنامه مدل دوگانه‌ای بی سی ایکس و فرزندپروری مبتنی بر مهرورزی بر رابطه مادر –کودک و مشکلات رفتاری کودکان با کم‌توانی ذهنی و تحولی بود. روش پژوهش آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون پس‌آزمون و پیگیری بود. نخست، آزمودنی‌ها بر اساس ملاک‌های ورود غربال شدند، سپس 45 مادر کودکان با کم‌توانی ذهنی و تحولی انتخاب شده و به‌طور تصادفی در گروه‌های آزمایشی و گواه جای گرفتند (15 نفر در هر گروه). مادران در گروه مبتنی بر برنامه مدل دوگانه‌ای بی سی ایکس، 10 جلسه و در گروه مبتنی بر مهرورزی 8 جلسه تحت مداخله قرار گرفتند و گروه گواه، مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه نقاط قوت و ضعف و پرسشنامه رابطه مادرکودک در هر سه مرحله برای آزمودنی‌ها اجرا شدند.تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با تکرار سنجش نشان داد که آموزش فرزندپروری مبتنی بر برنامه مدل دوگانه‌ای بی سی ایکس در مقایسه با فرزندپروری مبتنی بر مهرورزی و گروه گواه بر رابطه مادر –کودک و مشکلات رفتاری کودکان با کم‌توانی ذهنی و تحولی تاثیرگذاری معناداری داشته است. بر اساس یافته‌ها، فرزندپروری مبتنی بر برنامه مدل دوگانه‌ای بی سی ایکس برنامه‌ای موثر برای فرزندپروری مادران کودکان با کم‌توانی ذهنی و تحولی می‌باشد.

Abstract
|
Intellectual and Developmental Disability is a disorder that affects individuals’ adaptive and intelligent performance in practical, social, and conceptual areas. The present study aimed to compare the effectiveness of parenting education based on the Double ABCX model and compassionbased parenting on the motherchild relationship and behavioral problems in children was an intelligence disabilities. The present research employed an experimental research with pretestposttest, and followup design. The subjects were screened based on inclusion criteria, then 45 mothers of children with intellectual disabilities were selected and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups (each group contained15 subjects). Mothers participated in 10 sessions of the Double ABCX program intervention, and in 8 sessions of compassionbased parenting, while the control group did not receive any intervention. The research instruments included The Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) and MotherChild Relationship Questionnaire, performed for all subjects in each of the three stages. Data analysis was conducted using repeated measures. Followup tests showed that parenting education based on Double ABCX model has a significant effect on motherchild relationship and behavioral problems in children with intellectual disabilities. As the findings depicted, parenting education based on the Double ABCX model is an effective program for the parenting of mothers of children with intellectual disabilities
