طراحی بسته مداخله بهنگام عصب – روانشناختی کودک محور و ارزیابی اثربخشی آن بر عملکرد زبان کودکان با تاخیر رشد شناختی

هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین بسته مداخه بهنگام عصب روانشناختی کودک محور و ارزیابی اثربخشی آن بر عملکرد زبان کودکان با تاخیر رشد شناختی است. روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی است و از طرح پیش‌آزمون ، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل استفاده شد. جمعیت مورد مطالعه پژوهش را کلیه کودکان 4 تا 6 ساله دارای تاخیر رشدی تشکیل داده‌اند که در مهدکودک‌ها و مراکز پیش‌دبستانی تبریز مشغول بودند. روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چند مرحله‌ای بود و سه منطقه به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و از هر کدام از آنها نیز سه مرکز مهدکودک و پیش‌دبستانی به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. بسته مداخلاتی توسط پژوهشگران طراحی شد، سپس به منظور غربالگری، مقیاس هوشی وکسلر پیش از دبستان ویرایش سوم از کودکان به عمل آمد و تعداد 30 نفر از افرادی که دارای تاخیر در رشد شناختی بودند و ملاک‌های ورود به پژوهش را داشتند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایدهی شدند. سپس اجرای برنامه مداخلاتی عصب – روانشناختی کودک محور به مدت 16 جلسه بر روی گروه آزمایش انجام گرفت و گروه کنترل نیز هیچگونه مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند، داده‌ها با آزمون تحلیل واریانس اندازه‌گیری مکرر و با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری spss22 تحلیل شدند. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که بین آزمودنی‌های گروه آزمایش و کنترل از نظر عملکرد زبانی در مرحله پس‌آزمون و پیگیری تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد . بنابراین می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که بسته مداخلات بهنگام عصب – روانشناختی کودک محور منجر به افزایش عمکرد زبانی در کودکان تاخیر رشدی شده است.

Developing a ChildCentered Neuropsychological EarlyInterventions Package and Assessing Its Effectiveness on the Performance of Children with Developmental Cognitive Delay

Abstract The aim of the present study was to develop a childcentered neuropsychological Earlyinterventions package and to assess its effectiveness on the performance of children with developmental cognitive delay. The research method was a pretestposttest quasiexperimental design with followup and control group. The research population consisted of 46 yearold children with developmental delay who were under training in kindergartens and preschool centers in Tabriz. The multistage random sampling method was employed in such a way that three regions were selected randomly and from each of them, three kindergartens and preschool centers were randomly selected. The interventions were designed by the researchers. Then, the Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence3 (WPPSIIII) was administered on children for screening, and the number of 30 students with development cognitive delays and enjoyed inclusion criteria were randomly selected and divided into two experimental and control groups. Afterwards, a 16session childcentered neuropsychological intervention program was performed on the experimental group and the control group did not receive any intervention. Data were analyzed by the repeated measures ANOVA using SPSS 22. The results indicated that there was a significant difference between the subjects in the experimental group and control group in terms of linguistic performance in posttest and follow up stages (P <0.05). As a result, it can be concluded that a childcentered neuropsychological interventions package has led to an increase in linguistic performance in children with developmental cognitive delays.
