برازش نقش واسطه‌ای گفتار با خود در پیش بینی خودتنظیمی رفتاری بر اساس رشد زبان و دلبستگی ایمن در کودکان کاشت حلزون شده‌ی شنوایی

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی پیش بینی خودتنظیمی رفتاری کودکان کاشت حلزون شده‌ی شنوایی بر اساس رشد زبان و دلبستگی ایمن؛ نقش واسطه‌ای گفتار با خود است. در این مطالعه همبستگی، 114 کودک کاشت حلزون شده با دامنه سنی 73 سال که حداقل یک سال از برنامۀ کاشت حلزون آن گذشته است بصورت روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. آزمون رشد زبان، مصاحبه اختلال در دلبستگی، مشاهده ساختارمند خودتنظیمی بر روی کودک، و مقیاس ساختارمند گفتار با خود بروی مادران آنها اجرا شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که رشد زبان و دلبستگی ایمن واریانس گفتار با خود را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند. همچنین رشد زبان و دلبستگی ایمن با میانجیگری گفتار با خود توانایی پیش بینی از پراکندگی و واریانس خودتنظیمی رفتاری را دارند. پژوهش حاکی از داشتن نقش واسطه‌ای برای گفتار با خود برای رشد زبان و دلبستگی ایمن است که این امر در درجه اول نقش والدگری و دلبستگی را د ر رشد زبان و از طرف دیگر خودتنظیمی نشان می‌دهد و می تواند در راستای کاهش مشکلات رفتاری توجه به فاکتورهای والد محوری و زبان محوری در برنامه‌های پیشگیری و توانبخشی مورد تاکید قرار گیرند.

The Goodness of Fit of Mediating Role of Private Speech in Prediction of Behavioral SelfRegulation by Language development and Secure Attachment among Cochlear Implanted Children

The main purpose of this study is to predict behavioral selfregulation by language development and secure attachment based on mediation role of private speech in cochlear implanted children. In this correlation study 114 available cochlear implanted children in the age range of 37 years that at least one year has passed from the Cochlear Implant program were selected with available sampling method. Test of language development (Newcomer and Hammill, 1997), Disturbances of Attachment Interview (Smyke & Zeanah, 1999) and Structured Observation of Behavioral Regulation (Ponitz and et al, 2008) were administered on children, and their mothers responded to Private speech scale (hassanzadeh and Amraei, 2016). Path analysis was employed in order to analyze the data. The results of the study showed that language development (b= 0/37, P<0/01) and secure attachment (b= 0/41, P<0/01) predicting %49 of variance of private speech. Also, language development (b= 0/25, P<0/01) and secure attachment (b= 0/43, P<0/01) with the mediating role of private speech (b= 0/19, P<0/01) have the ability to predict %58 of behavioral selfregulation discrepancy and variances, The research showed Behavioral selfregulation can be predicted by Language development and Secure Attachment, with the mediating role of private speech, in Cochlear Implanted Children. This result can apply in prediction and rehabilitation programs for reducing behavior problems.
