اثربخشی لگودرمانی بر کارکرد‌های اجرایی دانش‌آموزان با اختلال یادگیری خاص

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی لگودرمانی بر کارکردهای اجرایی دانش‌آموزان با اختلال یادگیری خاص انجام گرفت.روش‌شناسی پژوهش: روش پژوهش، نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش را دانش‌آموزان پسر با اختلال یادگیری خاص ناحیه 5 شهر مشهد در سال‌تحصیلی 1403-1402 تشکیل دادند که از میان آن‌ها با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس30 دانش‌آموز به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. شرکت‌کنندگان گروه آزمایش، 10 جلسه لگودرمانی را دریافت نمودند و برای گروه کنترل جلسات لگودرمانی اجرا نشد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌ی کارکرد‌های اجرایی (بریف، 2000) استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون آماری کوواریانس، تحت نرم‌افزار spss نسخه‌ی 26 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که لگودرمانی بر کارکردهای اجرایی دانش‌آموزان با اختلال یادگیری خاص اثربخش بوده است (p<0/01) و دانش‌آموزان گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با دانش‌آموزان گروه کنترل در پس‌آزمون به طور معناداری کارکردهای اجرایی بهتری داشتند.نتیجه‌گیری: پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که برنامه‌ی لگودرمانی با ایجاد تغییراتی در ساختارهای نورون‌ها و انعطاف‌پذیری درونزاد و اصلی مغز، سبب بهبود کارکردهای اجرایی در دانش‌آموزان گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل شده است. بنابراین، استفاده از لگودرمانی در بهبود کارکردهای اجرایی دانش‌آموزان با اختلال یادگیری خاص پیشنهاد می‌شود.

the effectiveness of lego therapy on executive functions in students with specific learning disorder

objective: the present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of lego therapy on the executive functions of students with specific learning disorder.method: this research employed a semi-experimental design with a pre-test–post-test and control group. the statistical population consisted of male students with specific learning disorder in district 5 of mashhad during the 2023–2024 academic year. using available sampling, 30 students were selected as the study sample. participants in the experimental group received 10 sessions of lego therapy and for the control group, no lego therapy sessions were conducted. data were collected using the behavior rating inventory of executive function (brief, 2000). covariance analysis test was used to analyze the data by using spss version 26 software.results: the findings showed that lego therapy was effective on the executive function of students with specific learning disorders (p<0.01) and the students of the experimental group had a significantly better executive function in the post-test compared to the students of the control group.conclusion: the current study showed that the lego therapy program, by making changes in the structures of the neurons and the inherent and basic flexibility of the brain, has improved the executive functions in the children of the experimental group compared to the control group.
