شناسایی ملاک‌ها و نشانگرهای مرتبط با کاهش بهزیستی روان‌شناختی زنان بی‌خانمان: یک پژوهش مروری نظام‌مند

پژوهش مروری حاضر با هدف شناسایی ملاک‌ها و نشانگرهای مرتبط با کاهش بهزیستی روان‌شناختی زنان بی‌خانمان انجام گرفت. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و به‌لحاظ گردآوری داده‌ها مرور نظام‌مند بود. با استفاده از جست‌وجوی کلیدواژه‌های تخصصی زنان بی‌خانمان، سلامت روان‌شناختی در زنان بی‌خانمان، آسیب‌های روان‌شناختی در زنان بی‌خانمان در پایگاه‌های داخلی و خارجی شامل elsevier، scopus، web of science، sid، magiran و sage در سال‌های 2012 تا 2024 در اسناد مورد نظر بررسی شد. پس از جستجوی کلیدواژه‌ها مشخص شد جامعۀ آماری آن 101 مقالۀ فارسی و انگلیسی است. پس از حذف مقالاتی که ارتباطی با اهداف پژوهش نداشتند، با توجه به روش برنامۀ مهارت‌های ارزیابی حیاتی، 33 سند براساس ملاک‌های سنجش کیفیت به بررسی نهایی این پژوهش راه یافتند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها، از روش تحلیل مضمون شش‌مرحله‌ای براون و کلارک (2006) استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد به‌صورت کلی ویژگی‌های جسمانی منفی و بیماری‌های مربوط، مشکلات روان‌شناختی، اعتیاد و مصرف موادمخدر و مشکلات هیجانی شیوع بیشتری در این گروه دارد. همچنین براساس یافته‌ها 42 نشانگر شامل هشت ملاک سبک‌های دلبستگی، روابط خانوادگی، ویژگی‌های شخصیتی، بی‌معنایی، تروما، مشکلات فیزیولوژیک، محرک‌های محیطی و مشکلات روان‌شناختی پیش‌بینی‌کنندۀ بهزیستی روان‌شناختی ضعیف در زنان بی‌خانمان بودند. براساس یافته‌ها می‌توان گفت بی‌خانمانی پدیده‌ای است که از محرک‌های منفی در زندگی خانوادگی و اجتماعی فرد تاثیر می‌پذیرد.

identifying criteria and indicators correlating to the decline in psychological well-being of homeless women: a systematic review

the objective of the current review research was to determine the criteria and indicators that are associated with the decline in the psychological well-being of homeless women. the research was practical in terms of its purpose and systematic review of data collection. the pertinent documents were reviewed in the domain of 2012 to 2024 by employing the specialized keywords of psychological health in homeless women, psychological injuries in homeless women, and elsevier, scopus, web of science, sid, magiran, and sage in domestic and foreign databases. the statistical population of this research consisted of 101 persian and english articles that were identified through keyword searches. 33 documents were included in the final review of this research based on quality assessment criteria. the six-step thematic analysis method of braun clarke (2006) was employed to analyze the data. the findings showed that in general, negative physical characteristics and related diseases, psychological problems, addiction and drug use, and emotional problems have a significantly higher prevalence in this group. additionally, the results revealed that 42 indicators, including 8 criteria of attachment patterns, family relationships, personality traits, meaninglessness, trauma, physiological problems, environmental stimuli, and psychological problems, predicted low psychological well-being in homeless women. from the results, it can be concluded that homelessness is a phenomenon that is influenced by negative stimuli in an individual’s family and social life.
