نقش واسطه‌ای تنظیم هیجان و بی‌ثباتی هیجانی/منفی‌گرایی کودکان در رابطۀ بین راهبردهای مقابله‌ای والدین با هیجانات منفی کودکان و مشکلات رفتاری آنان

هدف پژوهش حاضر، مطالعۀ نقش واسطه‌ای تنظیم هیجان و بی‌ثباتی هیجانی کودکان در رابطۀ بین مقابلۀ والدین با هیجانات منفی کودکان و مشکلات رفتاری برونی‌سازی کودکان بود. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف بنیادی و از نظر روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها همبستگی است که در سال 1399 اجرا شد. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل همۀ کودکان دختر و پسر 7 تا 12 سالۀ شهر کرج بود. از بین جامعۀ آماری 360 کودک دختر و پسر از منطقۀ 3 آموزش و پرورش کرج به‌صورت تصادفی مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. شرکت‌کنندگان شامل 341 کودک (233 دختر و 138 پسر) با میانگین سنی 7 تا 12 بودند. مادران این کودکان به پرسشنامۀ توانایی‌ها و مشکلات (sdq)، سیاهۀ تنظیم هیجان (erq) و مقیاس راهبردهای مقابله با هیجانات منفی کودکان (ccnes) پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها به روش تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه و با نسخۀ 26 نرم‌افزار spss و افزونۀ process تحلیل شد. نتایج تحلیل آماری نشان داد بین راهبردهای حمایتی و غیرحمایتی والدین در واکنش به هیجانات کودکان، تنظیم هیجان، بی‌ثباتی هیجانی و مشکلات رفتاری برونی‌سازی‌شدۀ آنان رابطۀ معنادار وجود دارد. همچنین براساس نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه، تنظیم هیجان کودکان واسطۀ بین راهبردهای حمایتی والدین و مشکلات رفتاری برونی‌سازی کودکان است. به‌علاوه بی‌ثباتی هیجانی کودکان واسطۀ بین راهبردهای حمایتی و غیرحمایتی در واکنش به هیجانات کودکان و مشکلات رفتاری برونی‌سازی کودکان است؛ بنابراین مهارت‌های تنظیم هیجانی و بی‌ثباتی هیجانی کودکان می‌تواند واسطۀ بین راهبردهای والدین در واکنش به هیجانات کودکان و مشکلات رفتاری برونی‌سازی کودکان باشد. پیشنهاد می‌شود در مفهوم‌پردازی مشکلات رفتاری کودکان، هم به متغیرهای فردی و هم محیطی توجه شود.

investigation of the mediating roles of children’s emotion regulation and emotional lability/negativity in the relationship between parents’ coping with children’s negative emotions and their behavioral problems

this study investigated the mediating role of children’s emotional regulation and emotional lability/negativity in the relationship between maternal strategies to manage children’s negative emotions and children’s externalizing problems. a correlational study was conducted. the statistical population of this survey consisted of boys and girls aged 7 to 12 from karaj, alborz, iran. participants included 341 (233 girls and 138 boys) and their mothers who selected randomly from elementary schools in 2019. the strengths and difficulties questionnaire (sdq), emotion regulation checklist (erq), and coping with children’s negative emotions scale (ccnes) were completed by the mothers. spss software version 26 and the process macro were employed to conduct multiple regression analysis on the data. the findings indicated a significant relationship between maternal supportive and non supportive strategies, emotion regulation, emotion lability/negativity and children’s externalizing problems. the relationship between maternal supportive strategies and children’s externalizing problems was mediated by the emotion regulation of children. the relationship between maternal supportive and non supportive strategies emotions and children’s externalizing problems was also mediated by the emotion lability/negativity of children. as a result, the externalizing problems of children are directly and indirectly influenced by the emotion regulation skills and emotion lability of children, as well as the maternal supportive and non supportive strategies. children’s emotion regulation skills, their emotion lability/negativity and parental emotional socialization should be considered in conceptualization of children’s behavior problems.
