تبیین تجارب رفتاری و مقابله‌های روان‌شناختی زنان قربانی رابطۀ فرازناشویی: یک تحقیق کیفی

این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی تجارب رفتاری و مقابله‌های روان‌شناختی زنان قربانی رابطۀ فرازناشویی انجام شده است. روش پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و از نوع کیفی پدیدارشناسی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل زنان قربانی خیانت زناشویی شهر تهران در سال 1395 است. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند انجام گرفت و تا مرز اشباع و درنهایت انتخاب 18 زن قربانی ادامه یافت و با شرکت‌کنندگان مصاحبه‌های عمیق صورت گرفت. به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل مضمون کلایزی استفاده شد که به شناسایی 2 مضمون اصلی، 8 مضمون فرعی و 38 مفهوم اولیه انجامید. مضمون اصلی مقابله‌ها و واکنش‌های رفتاری سازگارانه عبارت‌اند از: 1. تمسک به سرگرمی و فعالیت‌های مورد علاقه، 2. سازگاری با همسر، 3. کمک‌گرفتن از درمان و مشاوره، 4. مصاحبت، 5. تغییر شرایط موجود، 6. عبادت و مناجات. مضمون اصلی مقابله‌ها و واکنش‌های رفتاری ناسازگارانه شامل 1. مقابله‌ها و واکنش‌های رفتاری ناسازگارانۀ معطوف به خود و 2. مقابله‌ها و واکنش‌های رفتاری ناسازگارانۀ معطوف به همسر می‌شود. درمجموع نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد تجربۀ زنان قربانی خیانت زناشویی دارای پیامدهای رفتاری و مقابله‌ای سخت و ناگوار و بعضاً رشدمحور است.

Explaining the Behavioral Experiences and Psychological Coping of Women Who Are Victims of an Extramarital Relationship: A Qualitative Study

The purpose of this study was to identify the behavioral experiences and psychological coping of women who were victims of an extramarital affair. The method of the study was applied and qualitative phenomenological. The population of this study included women who were victims of marital infidelity in Tehran in 2016. The sampling was purposefully continued until saturation and finally 18 female victims were selected and participants were interviewed in depth. Colaizzi content analysis method was used to analyze the data. The data analysis resulted in the identification of 2 main themes, 8 subthemes, and 38 basic concepts. The main themes of coping and adaptive behavioral responses include 1) relying on hobbies and favorite activities, 2) adapting to spouse, 3) seeking treatment and counseling, 4) companionship, 5) trying to change existing conditions, and 6) worship and praying. The main themes of maladaptive behaviors and responses include: 1) confrontations and maladaptive behavioral responses that focus on self and 2) confrontations and maladaptive behavioral responses that focus on spouse. Overall, the results of this study showed that the experiences of women who were victims of marital infidelity have behavioral consequences and hard and sometimes growthoriented coping.
