اثربخشی برنامه‌ آموزشی فرزندپروری مبتنی بر نظریه انتخاب برکیفیت رابطه مادر پسر

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی برنامه‌ آموزشی فرزندپروری مبتنی بر نظریه انتخاب بر کیفیت رابطه مادر پسر صورت گرفت. پژوهش در چارچوب یک طرح شبه‌آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون پس‌آزمون و آزمون پیگیری با گروه کنترل اجرا شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل مادران و پسران پایه هشتم و نهم مدارس باقرشهر در سال 9596 بود. به‌منظور  انجام مداخلات، تعداد 40 نفر از مادران داوطلبی که فرزندانشان پس از نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای در آزمون غربالگری شرکت و مشکلات رابطه‌ای با مادران خود را گزارش داده بودند، انتخاب شدند. سپس به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش گمارده شدند. کلیه آزمودنی‌ها (فرزندان) قبل و بعد از آموزش از طریق آزمون نگرش فرزند نسبت به مادر (cams) در سه‌مرحله (پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و آزمون پیگیری) ارزیابی شدند. به‌منظور تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد مداخله در گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل، در مراحل پس‌آزمون و آزمون پیگیری موجب کاهش نمرات مشکلات رابطه‌ای شد. همچنین این مطالعه نشان داد که میانگین اندازه اثر هفت‌جلسه آموزش دوساعته برنامه فرزندپروری مبتنی بر نظریه انتخاب بر بهبود کیفیت رابطه مادر پسر به میزان 6/24 درصد بوده است. بنابراین، آموزش فرزندپروری مبتنی بر نظریه انتخاب اثربخشی مطلوب را برای بهبود کیفیت رابطه مادر پسر داراست.

The Effectiveness of Parenting Training Program Based on Choice Theory on MotherSon Relationship Quality

The present study aimed to determine the effectiveness of parenting training program based on choice theory on the quality of motherson relationship. The research was carried out in the framework of a quasiexperimental design of a pretestposttest and followup test with a control group. The research population consisted of mothers and their sons of eight and ninth grade in schools of Baghershahr in 13951396 .In order to implement interventions, 40 volunteer mothers whose children had been selected through cluster sampling and had reported relational problems with their mothers, were selected. Then, they were randomly divided into the experimental and control group. All subjects (children) were evaluated in three stages (pretest, posttest and followup) before and after the training whit child’s attitude toward mother scale (CAMS). Analysis of variance with repeated measures was used to analyze the data. The results showed that intervention in experimental group, in comparison with control group, decreased the scores of relational problems in posttest and followup test. Also this study showed that the average effect size of seven 2hours sessions of choicetheory parenting program improving quality of motherson relationship was 24.6%.So parenting training based on choice theory has good effect on improvement the quality of motherson relationship.
