ترسیم و تحلیل شبکه مفهومی تولیدات علمی حوزه موضوعی کووید 19

مقدمه: کووید 19 به دلیل بیماری‌زایی و شیوع گسترده آن در سراسر جهان، به یک نگرانی عمده بهداشت جهانی تبدیل شده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ترسیم و تحلیل شبکه مفهومی تولیدات علمی حوزه موضوعی کووید 19 در پایگاه pubmed جهت شناخت هرچه بیشتر این حوزه انجام گردید.روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی بود که به تحلیل محتوای متون با رویکرد علم‌سنجی پرداخت. جامعه تحقیق را 9999 مقاله حوزه بیماری کووید 19 تشکیل داد که در محدوده زمانی سال‌های 2021-2020 در پایگاه pubmed نمایه شده بود. تحلیل داده‌ها و ترسیم شبکه مفهومی با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای ravar premap، ucinet، netdraw و vosviewer انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها: با توجه به شاخص‌های مرکزیت، مفاهیمی مانند sarscov-2 و pandemics، از جمله پرکاربردترین موضوعات این حوزه به شمار می‌رود. ساختار فکری این حوزه در چهار خوشه موضوعی شامل «پاندمی و کنترل بیماری‌های واگیردار»، «درمان کووید 19»، «عوامل مرتبط با شدت بیماری» و «قرنطینه و تشخیص کووید 19» قرار گرفت. نتیجه‌گیری: با تحلیل موضوعات منتسب به مدارک، خوشه‌های موضوعی شکل گرفته دارای ارتباط ساختاری با یکدیگر هستند. بیشتر پژوهشگران به جنبه‌های پاندمی، کنترل بیماری‌های واگیردار و درمان کووید 19 توجه ‌داشتند. نیاز به انجام مطالعات چند بخشی (بررسی از زوایای متفاوت) در حوزه‌هایی همچون عوامل اجتماعی، اقتصادی، سیاسی یا فرهنگی که کمتر به آن توجه شده است، احساس می‌گردد.

Drawing and Analyzing the Conceptual Network of Scientific Products in the Field of Covid-19

Background: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID19) is a major global health concern due to its pathogenicity and widespread distribution around the world. The purpose of the present study was to draw and analyze the conceptual network of scientific products in the subject field of COVID19 in PubMed database in order to know more about this field.Methods: This descriptiveanalytical study analyzed the content of the texts with scientometrics approach. The research population included 9999 articles in the field of COVID19 which were indexed in the PubMed database in the period of 20202021. Data analysis and dawing of the conceptual network were done using Ravar PreMap, UCINET, NetDraw, and VOSviewer software.Findings: According to the centrality indexes, concepts such as “SARSCoV2” and “Pandemics” were the most used topics in this field. The intellectual structure of the field was divided into four thematic clusters including “Pandemic and control of infectious diseases”, “COVID19 treatment”, “The factors related to disease severity”, and “Quarantine and detection of COVID19”.Conclusion: By analyzing the topics attributed to the documents, the formed subject clusters have a structural relationship with each other. The majority of researchers focused on the pandemic, infectious disease control, and treatment of COVID19. Multisectoral research (investigating the different angles) is needed in areas such as social, economic, political, or cultural factors that have received less attention.
