تحلیلی بر اکوتوریسم و توسعه سیاسی و امنیتی در شهر چابهار

امروزه صنعت توریسم به علت پتانسیل و ظرفیت فراوانی که دارد به عنوان یکی از صنایع پررونق و درامدزا برای بسیاری از کشورهای جهان به شمار می آید و یکی از بخشهای این صنعت که مورد توجه خاص گردشگران قرار گرفته، اکوتوریسم است. چابهار یکی از شهرهای ایران است که با داشتن جاذبه های اکوتوریستی، می تواند در توسعه سیاسی-امنیتی شهر چابهار، استان سیستان وبلوچستان و کشور نقش مهمی را ایفاء نماید. بنابراین، هدف پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه کیفی نقش اکوتوریسم در توسعه سیاسی و امنیتی شهر چابهار می باشد. روش تحقیق: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع روش کیفی و با رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده و اطلاعات به دو روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی (مصاحبه) گردآوری و با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. در بخش کیفی تحقیق و با استفاده از روش تحلیل تم، از نظر خبرگان امر و متخصصین در شهر چابهار استفاده شده است. یافته ها: یافته های حاصل از تحلیل داده ها و اطلاعات نشان داد که 13 مقوله اصلی در ارتباط با نقش اکوتوریسم در توسعه سیاسی و امنیتی چابهار شناسایی شده است که عبارتند از پیامدهای اجتماعی و فرهنگی، پیامدهای اقتصادی، توسعه اکوتوریسم، توسعه امنیتی، توسعه سیاسی، ... . نتایج: با توجه به یافته های این پژوهش می توان چنین استنباط کرد که عوامل متعددی از منظر مشارکت کنندگان بر نقش اکوتوریسم در توسعه سیاسی و امنیتی چابهار تاثیرگذار می باشد که دولت باید در سیاستگذاری های خود به آنها توجه جدی داشته باشد.

nowadays, the tourism industry is considered as one of the prosperous and income-generating industries for many countries of the world due to its great potential and capacity, and one of the sectors of this industry that has received the special attention of tourists is ecotourism. chabahar is one of the cities of iran that, with its ecotourism attractions, can play an important role in the political-security development of chabahar city, sistan and balochistan provinces and the country. therefore, the aim of the current research is to qualitatively study the role of ecotourism in the political and security development of chabahar. method: the current research method is a qualitative approach and the information has been analyzed using thematic analysis. in the qualitative part of the research and using the method of theme analysis, the opinions of experts and specialists in chabahar city have been used. findings: the findings from data and information analysis showed that 13 main categories related to the role of ecotourism in the political and security development of chabahar have been identified, which include social and cultural consequences, economic consequences, ecotourism development, security development, political development, attraction of capital and tourists, areas of insecurity, identification and introduction of historical monuments, identification and introduction of national handicraft villages, identification and introduction of culture and cultural artifacts, social and cultural inadequacies, economic inadequacies and the existence and development of infrastructures. conclusion: according to the findings of this research, it can be concluded that several factors from the perspective of the participants affect the role of ecotourism in the political and security development of chabahar, which the government should pay serious attention to in its policies.
