بررسی میزان سازگاری زیرساخت‌های سبز با کاربری‌های شهری، پژوهش موردی: اراضی عباس‌آباد تهران

هدف این پژوهش بررسی میزان سازگاری و مطلوبیت کاربری‌های اراضی عباس‌آباد تهران با سایر کاربری‌های اطراف این محدوده می‌باشد. زیرساخت‌های سبز را می‌توان به‌عنوان شبکه‌ای از اکوسیستم‌های مدیریت شده با انسان و طبیعت تعریف کرد که در کنار هم سلامت و انعطاف‌پذیری اکوسیستم را تقویت می‌کنند و به تنوع زیستی کمک می‌کنند. مهم‌ترین هدف برنامه‌ریزی کاربری اراضی شهری مکانیابی مناسب کاربری‌ها و جداسازی کاربری‌های ناسازگار از یکدیگر است. روش انجام پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده و معیارهای موثر بر سازگاری و مطلوبیت با استفاده از مطالعات اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای تعیین شدند. تعیین مطلوبیت معیارها با استفاده از مدل فازی (fuzzy) انجام گرفت. نقشه‌های سازگاری و مطلوبیت در محیط arcgis تهیه و میزان فواصل هر لایه به همراه استانداردسازی آن‌ها با استفاده از دستور raster calculator محاسبه شد. درنهایت نقشه نهایی کلاس‌بندی شده فازی به‌‌دست آمد. استفاده از مدل فازی براساس جدول میزان سازگاری کاربری اراضی شهری و تلفیق آن با معیارهای مطلوبیت کاربری‌ها از نوآوری این پژوهش می‌باشد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که براساس معیارهای انتخابی، مناطق شرقی، شمال شرقی و غربی اراضی عباس‌آباد دارای پهنه‌های نامناسب؛ جنوب شرقی دارای پهنه‌های خوب و بخش مرکزی پهنه‌های متوسط می‌باشند همچنین سایر بخش‌ها باارزش ضعیف طبقه‌بندی شدند.

examining the compatibility of green infrastructure with urban land use, case study: abbasabad lands of tehran

the purpose of this study is to investigate the compatibility and desirability of land uses of abbasabad of tehran with other land uses around this area. green infrastructure can be defined as a network of man-made and ecosystem-managed ecosystems that together enhance ecosystem health and resilience and contribute to biodiversity. the most important goal of urban land use planning is the proper location of land uses and the separation of incompatible land uses. the research method is descriptive-analytical and the criteria affecting the compatibility have been determined using documentary and library studies. the desirability of the criteria was determined using the fuzzy model. compatibility and utility maps were prepared in arcgis environment and the distances of each layer along with their standardization were calculated using the raster calculator command. finally, the final fuzzy classified map was obtained. the use of fuzzy model based on the table of urban land use compatibility and its combination with land use criteria is one of the innovations of this research. the results showed that according to the selection criteria, the eastern, northeastern and western regions of abbasabad lands have unsuitable zones; the southeast has good zones and the central part has moderate zones. other segments were also classified as poorly valued.
