تحلیل تطبیقی الگوهای بومی مرکز محله شهر یزد و مولفه‌های کیفی مرکز محله مطلوب

‌محله‌های بافت تاریخی شهر یزد از نمونه‌های بارز پاسخگویی به نیازهای جامعه محلی و زندگی اجتماعی ساکنان بوده و الگوهای مناسبی را در زمینه‌های مختلف طراحی، در اختیار قرار می‌دهد. براین اساس، هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی الگوهای بومی مرکز محله و نیز سنجش ارتباط این الگوها با یکدیگر در شکل گرفتن کلیت فضای مرکز محله در بافت تاریخی شهر یزد بوده که در کنار الزام‌های خاص طراحی این فضا می‌تواند مطلوبیت مرکز محله تاریخی شهر یزد را اثبات نماید. بنابراین فرضیه اصلی پژوهش حاضر آن شد که ساختار مطلوب فضای مراکز محله‌ای بافت تاریخی شهر یزد منطبق بر مولفه‌های کیفی مرکز محله مطلوب است. دراین پژوهش که از نوع پژوهش‌های کاربردی است، با بهره‌گیری از روش توصیفی به بررسی ادبیات دو مفهوم الگو بومی و مرکز محله پرداخته شده و با بسترسازی لازم، الگوهای بومی مرکز محله در بافت تاریخی شهر یزد به‌عنوان جامعه مورد بررسی و ساختار زبانی آن‌ها برمبنای اصول سالینگاروس با استفاده از روش‌های توصیفی، پیمایشی و همبستگی کیفی تبیین گردید. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که تمامی الگوهای شناسایی شده در ابعاد مختلف به‌صورت به‌هم ‌پیوسته کلیت فضای مرکز محله را شکل داده به نحوی که تغییر در ‌هریک ‌ازاین‌ اجزا، منجر به تغییر در کل فضای مذکور می‌گردد. این پژوهش از آنجا که رویکردی همه‌جانبه را در مطالعه مراکز محله‌ای بافت تاریخی شهر یزد مدنظر داشته، لذا نوآوری این پژوهش در تبیین علل مطلوبیت و پویایی این فضاها ‌ازطریق انطباق الگوهای حاصل با مولفه‌های کیفی مرکز محله بوده است.

a comparative analysis of the indigenous patterns of neighborhood center in city of yazd and the qualitative components of a desired neighborhood center

the historic neighborhoods of yazd city are clear examples of responding to the needs of the local community and the social life of the residents and provide suitable models in various fields of design. accordingly, the goal of this research is to identify the indigenous patterns of neighborhood centers and to evaluate the interrelationship of these models in shaping the overall space of the neighborhood center in the historical texture of yazd. along with the specific design requirements of the neighborhood center, it demonstrates the desirability of the historic neighborhood centers in yazd. therefore, this research relies on the assumption that the desirable spatial structure of the neighborhood centers in the historical context of yazd city corresponds to the qualitative components of the desirable neighborhood center. in this applied research, a descriptive method has been adopted to explore two concepts of indigenous patterns and the neighborhood centers. by providing the necessary context, the indigenous patterns of the neighborhood center in the historical texture of yazd, and their linguistic structures are explained based on salingaros principles using descriptive, survey, and qualitative methods. the research findings exhibit that all identified patterns in different dimensions shape the general spatial structure of the neighborhood center in an integrated manner so that any alteration in these components can modify this overall spatial structure. since this research has considered a comprehensive approach in the study of neighborhood centers of the historical context of yazd city, therefore, the innovation of this research has been in explaining the reasons for the desirability and dynamics of these spaces through the adaptation of the resulting patterns with the qualitative components of the neighborhood center.
