تدوین نقشه راهبردی توسعه گردشگری پایدار شهری با تاکید بر توان اکولوژیک، پژوهش موردی: منطقه 22 کلان‌شهر تهران

شهرها به‌عنوان مراکز فرهنگی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی، در جذب گردشگران نقش بسزایی ایفا می‌کنند. با افزایش نیاز به توسعه پایدار، توجه به جوانب اکولوژیک در توسعه گردشگری شهری به‌عنوان یک رویکرد حیاتی و ضروری مطرح می‌شود. گردشگری پایدار شهری با تاکید بر توان اکولوژیک نه تنها به جلب گردشگران می‌پردازد بلکه در کنار آن، به حفاظت از محیط ‌زیست و تعادل اکولوژیک شهرها نیز می‌پردازد. لذا در پژوهش حاضر کوشیده شد تا با نگاهی از داخل به بیرون و با تفکر راهبردی نوین، ضمن شناسایی منابع و توانایی‌های داخلی و عوامل کلان محیطی و نقاط مثبت، علاوه‌بر جستجوی عملکردها، راهکارهای مثبت را پیشروی مدیران و مسئولان شهری در رابطه با تحقق توسعه گردشگری پایدار شهری در منطقه 22 در شهر تهران قرار دهد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی – تحلیلی و ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه است. برای تجزیه‌ و تحلیل اطلاعات از مدل meta-swot، تحلیلpestel ، gis-10.8و global maper.25 بهره گرفته شده است. نتایج نشان داد در بین منابع و توانایی‌های داخلی توسعه گردشگری پایدار شهری در منطقه 22 با تاکید بر توان اکولوژیک آن اوزان متفاوتی نسبت به هم دارند به‌طوری‌که عامل‌هایی همچون وجود اراضی طبیعی در شمال، غرب و شرق منطقه و امکان به هم پیوستگی اکولوژیکی (1.70)، وجود دریاچه شهدای خلیج‌ فارس (1.68)، وجود پارک جنگلی چیتگر در منطقه، وجود اراضی نظامی گسترده به‌عنوان پتانسیلی برای توسعه محیط ‌زیست مبنا و وجود اماکن تفریحی و گردشگری عمومی در منطقه مشترکاً با امتیاز (1.38) دارای بیش‌ترین وزن می‌باشند که این نشانگر با ارزش بودن، تقلید ناپذیری و تناسب سازمانی نسبت به سایر عوامل در توسعه گردشگری پایدار شهری در منطقه 22 می‌باشند و باید در صدر اقدامات اجرایی مدیران و مسئولان در راستای تحقق آن باشند.

compilation of a strategic plan for the development of sustainable urban tourism with an emphasis on ecological power, case study: district 22 of tehran metropolis

as cultural, economic and social centers, cities play a significant role in attracting tourists. with the increasing need for sustainable development, paying attention to ecological aspects in the development of urban tourism is proposed as a vital and necessary approach. sustainable urban tourism with an emphasis on ecological power not only attracts tourists, but also protects the environment and the ecological balance of cities. therefore, in the current research, an effort was made to look from the inside out and with new strategic thinking, while identifying internal resources and capabilities, macro environmental factors and positive points, in addition to searching for the functions, to provide positive solutions to city managers and officials. in relation to the realization of sustainable urban tourism development in district 22 in tehran. this research is applied in terms of purpose, and descriptive-analytical in terms of data collection, and questionnaire is a means of collecting information. meta-swot model, pestel analysis, gis-10.8 and global maper.25 have been used for data analysis. the results showed that among the internal resources and capabilities of sustainable urban tourism development in region 22, with emphasis on its ecological power, they have different weights, so that factors such as the presence of natural lands in the north, west and east of the region and the possibility to ecological coherence (1/70), the existence of martyrs’ lake in the persian gulf (1/68), the existence of chitgar forest park in the region, the existence of extensive military lands as a potential for the development of the base environment, and the existence of recreational and public tourism places in the region jointly with the score (1.38) has the highest weight, which indicates that it is valuable, inimitable and organizational appropriateness compared to other factors in the development of sustainable urban tourism in region 22, and should be at the top of the executive actions of managers and officials in order to realize it.
