ارتقای مدیریت امنیت اکولوژیک در شهر با استفاده از تکنیک گسترش عملکرد کیفیت، نمونه موردی مطالعه: مجموعه تفریحی دریاچه شهدای خلیج‌فارس تهران

هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبیین نحوه استفاده از گسترش عملکرد کیفیت برای انعکاس خواسته‌ها و تمایلات مردمی در ارتقای مدیریت امنیت اکولوژیک در شهر می‌باشد. به‌منظور بررسی عملکرد تکنیک مذکور، مجموعه تفریحی دریاچه شهدای خلیج‌فارس تهران، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت و تعداد 10 مورد از خواسته‌های مردمی در ابعاد اقتصادی، کالبدی، اجتماعی و ‌‌‌زیست‌محیطی آشکار شد و با پیاده‌سازی تکنیک گسترش عملکرد کیفیت، 15 روش بهینه برای برآورده‌سازی بیشینه خواسته‌های مذکور پیشنهاد گردید. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که می‌توان از گسترش عملکرد کیفیت در شرایط عدم اطمینان در راستای انعکاس خواسته‌ها و تمایلات مردمی در فضاهای شهری بهره برد. بر مبنای پیاده‌سازی این تکنیک در نمونه موردی، افزایش تعداد نیمکت‌ها و نصب آلاچیق‌های سقف‌دار برای ایجاد سایه و مکان‌نشستن (17.3) مکان‌یابی، ساخت و تجهیز ایستگاه حمل‌ونقل عمومی (11.22)‌، سامان‌دهی و تجمیع مغازه‌ها و اغذیه‌فروشی‌ها با توجه به نوع فعالیت (10.64)، نصب لامپ‌های خورشیدی برای روشن‌سازی و نورپردازی محیط (10.27)‌، دارای بالاترین وزن نسبی هستند. این امر، موید اهمیت بالای ابعاد کالبدی و بهداشتی در مدیریت امنیت اکولوژیک از دیدگاه نمونه‌های تحقیق است. نوآوری این مطالعه در استفاده از تکنیک گسترش عملکرد کیفیت در تبیین نقش مدیریت شهری در امنیت اکولوژیک شهر می‌باشد.

improving urban ecological security management using quality performance development technique, case study: persian gulf martyrs-lake recreation

the purpose of this research was to explain how to use quality performance enhancement to reflect the demands and tendencies of the people in promoting ecological security management in the city. in order to evaluate the performance of this technique, the persian gulf martyrs-lake recreation complex in tehran was studied as an example and 10 popular demands in economic, physical, social and environmental dimensions were revealed and by implementing of the quality performance enhancement technique and 15 optimal methods for satisfaction of the maximum requirements were suggested. the results indicated that it is possible to use the expansion of quality performance in conditions of uncertainty in order to reflect the wishes and desires of the people in urban spaces. based on the implementation of this technique in the case study, the weight of increase in the number of benches and the installation of roofed pavilions in order to create shade and seating was 3.17. depending on the type of activity (10.64), the installation of solar lamps for lighting and ambient lighting (10.27), have the highest relative weights. this confirms the high importance of physical and health dimensions in the management of ecological security from the perspective of research samples. the novelty of this study is in using quality performance development technique in improving urban ecological security management
