ارزیابی عوامل ‌تاثیرگذار بر توسعه رشد هوشمند شهری در شهرهای کوچک مقیاس، پژوهش موردی شهر یاسوج

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی عوامل موثر بر توسعه رشد هوشمند شهری در شهرهای کوچک مقیاس بود که ‌‌به‌صورت موردی در شهر یاسوج انجام شد. پژوهش از نوع هدف کاربردی و بر اساس ماهیت توصیفی و تحلیلی بوده است. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌‌ محقق ساخته‌‌ بود که روایی آن ‌‌به‌صورت محتوایی (صوری) و سازه‌‌ای و پایایی آن با استفاده از پایایی ترکیبی مورد تایید قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی کارشناسان، مدیران شهری و اساتید دانشگاه که در زمین‌ه‌ توسعه شهری، برنامه‌‌ریزی شهری و شهرسازی مشغول به فعالیت در شهر یاسوج هستند، بود. 50 نفر از افراد مذکور ‌‌به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. تحلیل داده‌‌ها از طریق تحلیل همبستگی و الگویابی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم‌‌افزارهای spss و smart pls انجام شد. مدل ارزیابی شده در پژوهش از شاخص‌‌های برازندگی قابل قبولی برخوردار بود. مدل‌‌سازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد، مولفه‌‌های کالبدی فضایی زیرساختی دسترسی، اقتصادی اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی در مجموع، تبیین کننده‌‌ حدود 41 درصد از تغییرات توسعه رشد هوشمند شهری در شهر کوچک مقیاس یاسوج هستند.

the estimation of the factors affecting the expansion of urban smart growth in small scale cities, case study: yasouj city

the purpose of this study was to estimate the factors affecting the expansion of urban smart growth in yasouj small scale city. the research was of applied purpose and based on descriptive and analytical nature. the formal validity was used to ensure the validity of the questionnaire. its reliability has been confirmed using combination reliability. the statistical populations were all experts, urban managers and professors of university being aware of urban development and urban planning in the city of yasouj. using simple random sampling, 50 participants were selected and information was collected by researcher-made questionnaire. to analyze the obtained information, correlation analysis and structural equation modeling using spss and smart pls software, has been used. the evaluated model of the study had acceptable fitness indices. the structural equation modeling showed that the factors physical and spatial (t = 5.33, γ = 0.4), infrastructure and access (t=3.45, γ=0.201), socioeconomic (t = 2.86, γ = 0.15) and environmental (t = 2.14, γ = 0.145) can explain 41% of the changes in the urban smart growth development in yasuj small scale citiy.
