تاثیر بنیان‌های بوم‌شناختی بر زیست‌پذیری مناطق شهری؛ مورد پژوهش: منطقه 1 تهران

تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناسایی و ارزیابی بنیان‌های بوم‌شناختی و تاثیر آن‌ها بر زیست‌پذیری منطقه یک کلان‌شهر تهران انجام شده است. کلان‌شهر تهران همانند سایر کلان‌شهرهای دیگر با مشکلات بسیاری در زمینه‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی، زیست‌محیطی و کالبدی همچون کاهش زیست‌پذیری و کمرنگ‌تر شدن اهمیت بنیان‌های بوم‌شناختی در ساختار زندگی شهری روبرو است. روش تحقیق، توصیفی- تحلیلی و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. با بهره‌گیری از تکنیک topsis و با استفاده از فرایند سلسه‌مراتب ahp شاخص‌های بوم‌شناختی وزن‌دهی و با تکیه ‌بر منطق fuzzy نواحی ده‌گانه منطقه 1 رتبه‌بندی شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد از بین این نواحی ناحیه 4 با ارزش 0/957 بالاترین رتبه و ناحیه 8 با ارزش 0/243 پایین‌ترین رتبه را از نظر تاثیر بنیان‌های بوم‌شناختی بر زیست‌پذیری کسب نموده است. می‌توان نتیجه گرفت هرچه بنیان‌های بوم‌شناختی در مناطق شهری بیش‌تر و دارای کیفیت بالاتری باشد، نقش آن‌ها در زیست‌پذیری مناطق شهری بیش‌تر خواهد بود. نوآوری این پژوهش شناسایی بنیان‌های بوم‌شناختی موجود در منطقه یک و استفاده از تکنیک  ahp و fuzzy است.

the impact of ecological foundations on livability of urban areas, case study: district 1 of tehran

the present research has been conducted with the aim of identifying and evaluating the ecological foundations and their impact on livability of district 1 of tehran metropolis. tehran metropolis, like other metropolises, is facing many problems in economic, social, environmental and physical fields, such as reduction of livability and diminishing the importance of ecological foundations in the structure of urban life. the method of this research is descriptive - analytical and it is applied in terms of purpose. by using topsis technique and ahp hierarchy process, ecological indicators were weighted and ranked based on fuzzy method of the ten regions of district 1. the results show that among these regions district 4 with a value of 0.957 has the highest and  district 8 with a value of 0.243 has the lowest rank in terms of the impact of ecological foundations on livability . it can be concluded that the more and higher quality the ecological foundations are in urban areas, their role will be more in the viability of urban areas. the innovation of this research is to identify the existing ecological foundations in district 1 and use of ahp and fuzzy techniques.
