تحلیل رویکرد نظری روان‌ شناسی شهری با تاکید بر شهر استرس‌زا، مورد مطالعه: شهر یاسوج

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی و شناسایی شاخص‌های استرس‌زا و بررسی وضعیت این شاخص‌ها در حوزه‌های اقتصادی، خانوادگی، محیطی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی، شخصی و فردی، امنیت شهری و کالبد شهری در نواحی شهر یاسوج از دید شهروندان است. روش پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شامل کل شهروندان شهر یاسوج (114000 نفر) بود. روش نمونه‌گیری از نوع نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای و تصادفی بوده است. همچنین اخذ داده‌های موردنیاز به صورت پیمایشی و با استفاده از تنظیم و تکمیل پرسش‌نامه در بین شهروندان انجام گرفته است. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که در بین نواحی شهر یاسوج از نظر شاخص‌های استرس‌زا ، ناحیه 1 دارای بهترین و ناحیه 4 دارای بدترین وضعیت هستند همچنین، شاخص اقتصادی و شاخص‌های خانوادگی بیشترین تاثیرگذاری را در افزایش استرس شهروندان شهر یاسوج و حوزه زیست‌محیطی و کمترین تاثیرگذاری را در استرس شهروندان شهر یاسوج داشتند. در بین شاخص‌های استرس‌زا در شهر یاسوج، پیدا کردن شغل مناسب برای اعضای خانواده، کمبود و گرانی مسکن، ارتباطات فامیلی، مشکلات مربوط به ازدواج و بالا بودن اجاره خانه، تاثیرگذارترین متغیرهای استرس‌زا بوده‌اند. همچنین در بین شاخص‌های استرس‌زا، شاخص حوزه‌ محیطی و شاخص خانوادگی، تاثیر و قدرت تبیین بیشتری نسبت به بقیه شاخص‌های بررسی شده در پیش‌بینی افزایش استرس شهروندان شهر یاسوج دارند. همچنین نوآوری پژوهش حاضر، استفاده از تکنیک waspas در شناسایی و ارزیابی شاخص‌های استرس‌زا در بین شهروندان شهر یاسوج است.

an analysis of the theoretical approach of urban psychology with an emphasis on the stressful city, case study: yasuj city

the purpose of this study is identifying stressful indicators and examining the status of indicators in the fields of economy, family, environment, social and cultural, personal and individual, urban security and urban body in the areas of yasuj city from the perspective of citizens.methods of the present study: descriptive-analytical and the statistical population of the study included all citizens of yasuj (114,000 people). the sampling method was cluster and random sampling. also, the required data was obtained by surveying and completing a questionnaire among citizens.the results showed that in terms of stress indicators, region 1 has the best and region 4 has the worst situation .also, economic and family indicators had the greatest impact on increasing the stress of yasuj citizens and the environmental field had the least impact on the stress of yasuj citizens. among the stressful indicators in yasuj city, finding a suitable job for family members, shortage and high cost of housing, family relationships, marriage problems and high rent have been the most influential stressful variables. also, among the stress indicators, environmental index and family index, have a greater impact than other indicators in predicting increased stress of yasuj citizens. also, the innovation of the present study is the use of waspas technique in identifying and evaluating stressful indicators among the citizens of yasuj.
