بررسی کارنامه آموزشی موسسه فنی حرفه‌ای اُرت ایران: 1329- 1357

در دوره معاصر، یهودیان و مسیحیان از طریق فعالیت بازرگانی، آموزش و دیپلماسی، یکی از حلقه های ارتباط میان ایران با جهان غرب شدند. آنها با استخدام معلمان اتریشی در دارالفنون و تاسیس مدارس آلیانس، پیشرو آموزش نوین بودند. کلیمیان در دوره پهلوی با تاسیس مراکز فنی حرفه ایِ تحت نظارت موسسه جهانی اُرت، به رشد دانش فنی ایران خدمات شایانی نمودند. موسسه فنی حرفه ای اُرت ایران ازجمله موسسات وابسته به کلیمیان ایران بود که از سال 1329 تا 1357 با تاسیس هنرستان های صنعتی و حرفه ای در تهران، شیراز و اصفهان، پیشرو آموزش برخی رشته های فنی در ایران بود. این مقاله با بررسی اسناد آرشیوی و مدارک آموزشی برجای مانده از هنرستان های این موسسه، در پی پاسخ به این پرسش است که نقش موسسه اُرت در پیشبرد دانش فنی و حرفه ای ایران چه بود؟ این پژوهش با روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با نگاه به اهمیت آموزش فنی در صنعتی سازی ایران معاصر می کوشد تا جزئیات دستاوردهای این موسسه مهم و فراموش شدۀ آموزشی را معرفی کند. دستاوردهای پژوهش نشان می دهد که این موسسه غیرانتفاعی بدون تبعیض نژادی و مذهبی، با بهره گیری از دانش روز و به کارگیری هنرآموزان مجرب، نقش چشمگیری در توسعه دانش فنی ایران داشت. امکانات و میراث این موسسه باعث شد تا بخش هنرستان پسران، امروزه با نام «هنرستان نمونه دولتی آزادی فلسطین» تهران و بخش دختران با نام «دانشکده فنی شهید شمسی پور» به فعالیت خود ادامه دهد.

examining the educational achievements of iran’s ort technical vocational institute: 1951-1979

in the contemporary period, jews and christians have been the link between iran and the western world through business, education, and diplomacy. they were the pioneers of modern education in hiring austrian teachers of dar al-funun, as well as in establishing alliance schools. during the pahlavi period, jewish people had a great role in the development of iran’s technical knowledge by establishing professional technical centers under the supervision of the world institute of 0rt.  0rt technical vocational institute of iran was one of the institutions established by the iranian jewish people, which was the pioneer in the education of some technical fields in iran from 1329 to 1357  in tehran, shiraz, and isfahan.  this article studies the role of the 0rt institute in advancing iran’s technical and professional knowledge. the essay introduces the achievements of this educational institution with a descriptive-analytical method. it also examines the importance of technical education in the industrialization of contemporary iran. this research shows that the technical institute, without racial and religious discrimination, played a significant role in the development of iran’s technical knowledge by using modern knowledge and employing experienced scientists. this institute is still active today in tehran, with a boys’ school named palestine freedom state school and a girls’ school named shahid shamsipour technical college.
