انحطاط اندیشی تمدن ایرانی - اسلامی در تاریخ پژوهی زرین کوب

عبدالحسین زرین کوب از جمله ادیبان و تاریخ پژوهان ایرانی است که آثار گوناگونی در زمینه های مختلف به رشته تحریر درآورد. اندیشه انحطاط شناسانه از جنبه های پُرمحتوای نوشته های اوست. او متاثر از میراث فکری تاریخ نگاران عصر ناصری و متجددان نظریه پرداز دوره رضاشاه، به عوامل موثر بر انحطاط تمدن ایرانی اسلامی پرداخت. زرین کوب در لابه لای آثارش با مقایسه ادوار تاریخ ایران، نه فقط تبیین های پیشینیان را بازتولید کرد، بلکه عناصری دیگر بر آن افزود. بر این اساس، یکی از مهم ترین تلاش های وی برای خروج از این وضعیت منحط، طرح دوباره مسئله انحطاط بود. او با طرح این مسئله، با رویکردی تاریخی به انحطاط مزمن تاریخی ایران و تمدن اسلامی پرداخت. یافته های این تحقیق، بر اساس روش تحلیلی توصیفی نشان می دهد که زرین کوب راز و رمز چرایی انحطاط را به مولفه هایی همچون بی تسامحی، یونانی مآبی، جبرگرایی و خردستیزی نسبت می دهد. وی توجه به مُدارای دینی، بیگانه دوستی، آزادی فکر و خردورزی را برای سیاست مداران امروزی جامعه ایران آموزنده و انحراف از این ویژگی ها را مصیبت بار می داند. از این حیث، کانون اندیشگی وی برای حلِ مسئله انحطاط در ایرانِ پیشامدرن و معاصر، بازآفرینی و استمرار عناصر فرهنگی و قومی ِبرجای مانده از گذشته تاریخی است.

decline on the cultural nationalism of the second phahlavi era (case study : abdolhossein zarinkoub)

abdolhossein  zarrinkoob is one of the prolific iranian writers and historians in modern times. he has written on a wide range of topics in various fields. degenerative thought is one of the most important aspects of his writings. influenced by the intellectuals of nasserite historians and modernist theorists of the reza shah period, he addressed the factors affecting the decline of iranian-islamic civilization. in comparing the periods of iranian history, zarrinkoob not only reproduced the explanations of his predecessors but also added other elements to them. accordingly, one of his most important efforts to get out of this degenerate state was reminding the issue of degeneration. by raising this issue, he addressed the historical decline of iran and islamic civilization based on a historical approach. the findings of this study, show degeneration comprises some elements such as pro-greeks, determinism, and anti-rationalism. he, based on the analytical-descriptive method, argues that we should pay attention to religion, materialism, tolerance, freedom of thought, and good relations with other nations. he believes that rationality is important for the politicians of today’s iranian society, and adds that ignoring these characteristics is tragic. in this sense, his focus is on solving the problem of degeneration in pre-modern and contemporary iran, recreating and perpetuating the cultural and ethnic elements that remained from the historical past.
