بررسی ساختار خانه های فرهنگ روستایی در ایران دورۀ پهلوی (1347-1357)

حکومت پهلوی دوم به منظور تحقق برنامه های اصلاحات ارضی، برنامه هایی را برای رسیدن به اهداف اقتصادی، سیاسی و فرهنگی در چند مرحله به اجرا درآورد. یکی از تحولات مرحله سوم اصلاحات ارضی که از سال 1346 آغاز شده بود، تاسیس خانه های فرهنگ روستایی در 23 شهریور 1347 بود. به گفته متولیان فرهنگی ایران، خانه های فرهنگ، روستاییان سراسر کشور را برای خدمت به انقلاب سفید آماده می کرد. مسئلۀ اصلی مقاله، بررسی ساختار خانه های فرهنگ روستایی در ایران دوره پهلوی (13471357) با روش توصیفی و تحلیلی است. پرسش مقاله این است که هدف از تشکیل خانه های فرهنگ روستایی و فلسفه وجودی آن چه بود؟ اندیشه تاسیس خانه های فرهنگ روستایی بر پایه چه الگو و چه تجربه ای شکل گرفته بود؟ یافته ‏هایِ این نوشتار نشان می ‏دهد که هر چند خانه های فرهنگ روستایی در حل برخی از مشکلات روستاییان موثر واقع شد، اما به دلیل سیاست های اعمال شده حکومت پهلوی دوم کارکرد واقعی خود را از دست داد.

a study of the structure of rural culture houses in pahlavi iran (1978-1987)

the pahlavi government launched the ‘white revolution’ including land reforms in 1963. this program was implemented in several stages to achieve economic, political, and cultural transformation. one of the developments of the third phase of this plan was the establishment of the rural culture houses that began in 1968. the authorities of the time argued that the houses of culture would prepare villagers across the country to serve the white revolution.  this study investigates the structure of the rural culture houses in iran during the pahlavi period based on descriptive and analytical methods. the main question of the study is what was the purpose of forming these houses? also, what was the model for ​​establishing the rural cultural houses? the findings of this research show that although the rural culture houses were effective in solving some of the problems of the villagers, they were unsuccessful in implementing the essential goals of the program.
