کووید 19 و مسائل فلسفۀ نظری تاریخ؛ مواجه جدید با مساله‌های کهن

فلسفه نظری تاریخ یکی از دانش های میان رشته ای است که دست کم از پیوند رشته های تاریخ، فلسفه و الهیات شکل می گیرد. موضوع این دانش هستی تاریخی به مثابه یک پیکره واحد و یک ارگانیسم زنده است. برخلاف دانش تاریخ که به مطالعۀ رخدادهای خُرد، جزئی، تکرارناپذیر و یگانه می پردازد، فلسفۀ نظری تاریخ به کلیت تاریخ نظر دارد و با نگاهی کلان نگر می کوشد ماهیت، منشا، مبدا، مقصد، هدف و معنی تاریخ را درک کند. این دانش درصدد است تا چیستی تاریخ، نیروی محرکۀ تاریخ، عوامل اثرگذار در حرکت تاریخ، عوامل متوقف کننده و سرعت دهنده حرکت تاریخ و چگونگی گذار آن از یک مرحله به مرحلۀ بعد را تحلیل و ارزیابی کند. بیماری کرونا به علت وحشت، اضطراب و آثار روانی و جسمانی فراوانی که برای بشر ایجاد کرده و نیز بحران های فراگیری که در حوزه های سیاسی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی در سراسر جهان پدید آورده است، یک رخداد متعارف نیست بلکه در زمرۀ رویدادهایی است که می تواند بر کلیت هستی تاریخی اثر بگذارد و حتی مسیر و جهت حرکت تاریخ جهان را تغییر دهد. از همین رو، کنش ها و واکنش های فراوانی در میان مردم جهان برانگیخته و بسیاری از دانشمندان و متخصصان رشته های گوناگون را به تفکر و تحقیق واداشته است. مسئله این است که بحران کرونا چگونه بر حوزۀ مطالعات و موضوعات فلسفۀ نظری تاریخ اثر خواهد گذاشت؟ به باور نگارنده این بحران، چالش ها و مسئله های کهن فلسفۀ نظری تاریخ را به ویژه در حوزه هایی چون غایت تاریخ، نظریۀ مشیت الهی، نظریۀ تصادف، نظریۀ اعجاز، نظریه های آخرالزمانی، مرگ و حیات تمدن ها دوباره مطرح کرده و به احیای نظریه های زیست شناسانه در تاریخ دامن زده است. به همین سبب، از منظر فلسفۀ تاریخ رخدادی قابل تامل است که این مقاله می کوشد برخی از ابعاد و لایه های آن را نشان دهد.

abstract covid 19 and the problems of theoretical philosophy of history, new encounter with the old problems   theoretical philosophy of history is one of the interdisciplinary sciences that is formed from the connection of various disciplines of history including philosophy and theology. the subject of this knowledge is historical existence as a single body and a living organism. unlike the science of history, which studies small, partial, unrepeatable, and unique events, the theoretical philosophy of history looks at the totality of history and tries to understand the nature, origin, destination, purpose and meaning of history with a macro perspective. this subject tries to analyze and evaluate what history is, the motive force of history, the factors that stop and accelerate the movement of history and how it passes from one stage to the next. coronary heart disease is not a common occurrence, because of the horrors, anxieties and psychological and physical effects that it has caused to human beings, as well as the pervasive crises it has created in the political, social, economic and cultural spheres around the world. rather, it is among the events that can affect the totality of historical existence and even change the direction of the history of the world. as a result, it has provoked many actions and reactions among the people of the world and has made many scientists and experts in various fields have begun to research the topic. here, the question may arise that how will the corona crisis affect the field of study and topics in the theoretical philosophy of history? according to the author, in this crisis, new challenges and issues in the theoretical philosophy of history are formed, including the end of history, the theory of divine providence, the theory of accident, the theory of miracles, theories of the apocalypse, death and life of civilization. has created and revived biological theories in history? from the point of view of the philosophy of history, this article tries to show some of its dimensions and layers.               keywords: corona, end of history, biological theories, accident, divine providence, death of civilizations, the motive of history.
