تحلیل محتوای مقالات فصلنامه علوم و فنون بسته‌بندی (شماره 1 تا 59)

فصلنامۀ «علوم و فنون بسته‌بندی» متعلق به دانشگاه جامع امام حسین (ع)، تنها نشریه با اعتبار «علمی» بسته‌بندی در ایران محسوب می‌شود که از سال 1389 به همت جمعی از متخصصان این حوزه در ایران شروع به فعالیت نموده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی این نشریه با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا انجام شده است. حجم جامعه در این پژوهش با حجم نمونه برابر است؛ به این منظور کل مقالات انتشار یافته در نشریه از شمارۀ 1 تا 59 که شامل 415 مقاله بودند، به‌عنوان جامعۀ تحلیلی پژوهش گزینش شدند. روش پژوهش تحلیل محتوا است. ابزار استفاده‌شده در پژوهش یک چک لیست کدگذاری بوده است که روایی آن توسط چند تن از اساتید این حوزه سنجیده شده است. روش گردآوری اطلاعات به روش کتابخانه‌ای از طریق فیش‌برداری بوده است. به منظور توصیف عینی و کیفی محتوای مفاهیم، بررسی به شکلی نظام‌مند و در 10 حوزه انجام شده است. نتایج پژوهش حاضر، تصویری شفاف از روند حرکتی و خط سیر نشریه را نشان می‌دهد. در 59 شمارۀ نخست نشریه «علوم و فنون بسته‌بندی» 415 مقاله از 979 پژوهشگر انتشار یافته است. رویکرد غالب مقالات، کیفی با 59.76% است. «بسته‌بندی مواد غذایی» با 20.48% بیشترین موضوع مورد بررسی میان نویسندگان است. از حیث فراوانی همکاری علمی، مقالات با مشارکت دو نویسنده با 38.79% در رتبه اول قرار دارد. 64.76% نویسندگان مرد و 35.24% زن بوده‌اند. صنایع غذایی با 43.82% رتبه نخست را در بین رشته‌های دانشگاهی نویسندگان داراست. 47.80% نویسندگان تحصیلات دکتری داشته‌اند. دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی با 21.35% بیشترین وابستگی سازمانی نویسندگان است.

content analysis of articles in the quarterly journal of packaging science and art (issues 1 to 59)

the quarterly journal of packaging science and art, published by imam hussein (pbuh) university, is recognized as the sole scientific packaging journal published in iran. the journal began its operations in 2010 owing to the efforts of a number of experts in this field. the current study aims to evaluate this journal using a content analysis approach. the population size in this study is equal to the sample size. consequently, all 415 articles published in the journal in issues 1 to 59 were selected as the analytical population. the study employed the content analysis method using a coding checklist, which was validated through assessments by several professors in this field. the data collection was carried out using the library method through note-taking. the review was conducted systematically across 10 areas to describe the objective and qualitative content of the concepts. the results of this study present a clear picture regarding the trajectory and direction of the journal. the first 59 issues of packaging science and art contain 415 published articles by 979 researchers. the articles predominantly use a qualitative approach, at 59.76 percent. the most examined topic by authors is food packaging, with 20.48 percent. regarding the frequency of scientific collaborations, articles with a collaboration of two authors are the most prevalent, with 38.79 percent. 64.76 percent of authors were male, and 35.24 percent were female. food engineering was the most common academic background among the authors at 43.82 percent. additionally, 47.80 percent of authors held a ph.d., and the islamic azad university is the most common organizational affiliation at 21.35 percent.
