مروری بر ساختارهای بسته بندی انعطاف پذیر چند لایه

فیلم‌ بسته‌بندی، متشکل از پلاستیک بسیار نازکی است که مولفه اصلی آن مواد پلاستیکی و الاستومری است. به طور کلی، فیلم‌ها برای محافظت از کالا در برابر عوامل آسیب رسان استفاده می‌شوند. تقریباً هر پلاستیکی را می‌توان به صورت فیلم ساخت، اما مطالعه حاضر فقط مواردی را که برای بسته‌بندی بصورت تجاری استفاده می‌شوند، مورد بحث قرار می‌دهد. در این پژوهش به مطالعه انواع پلیمرهای متداول مورد استفاده برای برنامه‌های بسته‌بندی انعطاف‌پذیر در تمامی صنایع و راهبرد انتخاب پلیمر به جهت تولید   فیلم‌های متناسب نیاز و نقش فیلم‌های بسته‌بندی انعطاف‌پذیر در زنجیره تامین مواد غذایی و نقش فیلم‌های بسته‌بندی انعطاف‌پذیر در تجهیزات پزشکی و انواع مواد استفاده شده در بسته‌بندی انعطاف‌پذیر چند لایه پرداخته می‌شود. و همچنین به مطالعه خصوصیات حرارتی و مهر و موم پلیمری و ارائه برنامه‌هایی کاربردی برای سازه‌های فیلم بسته‌بندی انعطاف‌پذیر، فیلم‌های دو محوره و چند محوره پرداخته می‌شود. و در آخر نگاهی به فناوری‌ ساختارهای فیلم انعطاف‌پذیر چند لایه و فهرستی از پلیمرهای مورد استفاده برای تولید لایه‌های حائل معمولی، لایه‌های حجیم، لایه‌های رابط یا درزگیر برای پیکربندهای لایه‌ای به جهت کاربردهای متنوع شرح داده می‌شود.

a review of multilayer flexible packaging structures

the packaging film consists of very thin plastic whose main component is plastic and elastomeric materials. in general, films are used to protect goods from damaging factors. almost any plastic can be made into film, but this study will only discuss those that are used for commercial packaging. in this research, the types of common polymers used for flexible packaging programs in all industries and the strategy of polymer selection for the production of suitable films are studied, and the role of flexible packaging films in the material supply chain. food and the role of flexible packaging films in medical equipment and the types of materials used in multi-layer flexible packaging are discussed. also, thermal properties and polymer seals are studied and application programs are presented for flexible packaging film structures, biaxial and multiaxial films. and finally, a look at the technology of multilayer flexible film structures and a list of polymers used to produce normal buffer layers, bulky layers, interface layers or sealants for layered structures for various applications is described.
