ارزیابی مدیریتِ سنت‌های پایدار بسته‌بندیِ محصولات خرما

خرما یکی از قدیم‌ترین درختان پرورشی انسان است که افزون بر ارزش غذایی بالا، از نظر محیط‌زیستی و زیباشناختی  نیز فایده دارد. این مزیت دوگانه در آن دسته از صنایع‌دستی وابسته به برگ نخل که برای جابه جایی و نگهداری محصولات خرما تولید می‌شود‌، با رویکرد توسعه پایدار می‌توان هماهنگ دانست. برای انجام این پژوهش و به منظور بازآوری سنت های ایرانی بسته بندی خرما چگونگی استفاده از برگ نخل خرما بررسی و سنت های کهن بسته بندی خرما در مراحل تولید تا توزیع محصول تشریح شد. فرصت ها و چالش های بازآوری سنت های ایرانی صنایع دستی درخت نخل براساس مولفه های مدیریت بسته بندی برای توسعه پایدار تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان داد که بر اساس شش مولفه مدیریت بسته‌بندی پایدار، تنها دو شاخص مدیریت بسته‌بندی پایدار را در سنت‌های ایرانی بسته‌بندی خرما می‌توان به‌طور کامل حاضر یافت و سایر شاخص ها را باید برای این صنایع‌دستی بازسازی و طراحی کرد. در نتیجه، چنین ارزیابی می‌شود که بیش از نیمی از جنبه های سنت‌های کهن بسته‌بندی خرما برای برخورداری از ابعاد مدیریت بسته‌بندی پایدار نیاز به بازنگری و به‌روزرسانی دارد؛ اما بر اساس بیشتر اهداف توسعه پایدار فرصت‌های قابل ‌توجّهی برای بهبود و بهینه‌سازی در آن وجود دارد که در نهایت، این فرصت‌ها و چالش‌ها در جدولی ارائه شده است.

Managment Evaluation of Sustainable Traditions of Date Packaging

Date Palm (Phoenix Dactylifera), is one of the first trees domesticated by humans, It plays an important role in the life of local people in arid and semiarid regions of Iran since it produces nutritious fruits, as well as influences on their environmental and aesthetic aspects. These double advantages are particular to those crafts used for packaging date fruit thanks to putting them on the way to sustainable development. In order to revive the Persian traditional packaging of date fruit, this paper describes that how palm leaves have been used for date packaging in its traditional process of production and distribution. It, thus, focuses on the opportunities and challenges of the revival of date packaging traditions based on the six indicators of sustainable packaging management. The result shows that, just two out of these six indicators, can only be evaluated in date packaging traditions, while the others should be redesigned for traditional date packaging to adapt to sustainable development goals.It can be concluded that more than half of date palm crafts for packaging must be revised and renewed; however, there are remarkable opportunities in improvement and optimization of these crafts based on sustainable development goals. As a whole, these opportunities and challenges are presented in a table.
