شناسایی شاخص های تولید پاک تر در صنایع کارتن سازی با روش تصمیم گیری چند معیاره

تولید پاک تر به عنوان یک راهبرد جهانی با روش هایی مانند بهبود فرایندها می تواند مصرف مواد اولیه، انرژی، ضایعات، هزینه های تولید و آلودگی های زیست محیطی را کاهش داده و باعث افزایش رقابت پذیری و توسعه پایدار صنایع شود. بهره‌گیری از الگوهای تولید پاک‌تر برای کاهش مصرف مواد، انرژی، ضایعات و مشکلات زیست محیطی می‌تواند بر صنعت کارتن‌سازی در ایران نیز تاثیرگذار باشد. در این تحقیق، شاخص ها و معیارهای موثر برای تولید پاک تردر صنایع کارتن سازی در ایران با استفاده از نظرات کارشناسان، مدیران صنعت و پژوهشگران دانشگاهی تعیین و در قالب پرسشنامه ای محقق ساخت برای بهره گیری در روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل پرسشنامه ها نشان داد که نمایه های کنترل فرایند و کنترل محصول با بالاترین اولویت مهم ترین شاخص های تاثیرگذار برای اجرای تولید پاک تر در  شرکت های کارتن سازی در کشور محسوب می شود. اولویت بندی تمامی زیرشاخص های تولید پاک تر نشان داد که زیرشاخص اتوماسیون صنعتی فرایندها بیشترین اهمیت را در اجرای راهبردی تولید پاک تر در صنایع کارتن سازی دارد. زیرشاخص های استفاده از مواد اولیه تایید شده و استاندارد، ترکیب و فرمول بندی مناسب درخواست ها، کنترل کمی و کیفی فرایندها، همسویی فرهنگ سازمانی با اهداف تولید پاک تر، برنامه ریزی بهنگام سفارش های دریافتی، تطبیق محصولات تولیدی با درخواست مشتریان و توانمندسازی مستمر نیروی انسانی با نگاه تولید پاک تر نیز در اولویت های بعدی قرار دارند. نتایج این تحقیق می تواند در اجرای فرایند و الگوهای تولید پاک تر در صنایع کارتن سازی در ایران مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Identification of in Cleaner Production Indicators in the Corrugated Box Making Industries by Multiple Criteria Decision Making Methods

Cleaner production as a global strategy with methods such as process improvement can reduce raw material consumption, energy, waste, production costs and environmental pollution and increase competitiveness and sustainable industry development. Utilizing cleaner production patterns to reduce consumption of materials, energy, waste and environmental problems can also affect the carton industry in Iran. In this study, effective indicators and criteria for clean production in corrugated boxmakingindustries in Iran were determined using the opinions of experts, industry managers and academic researchers and were used in the form of a researchermade questionnaire to use the hierarchical analysis method. The results of the analysis of questionnaires showed that the process control and product control indices with the highest priority is the most important effective indicators for the implementation of cleaner production in the companies in the country. Prioritization of all cleaner production subindices showed that the industrial process automation as a subindex is the most important in the strategic implementation of cleaner production in the corrugated box making industries.Subindicators of using approved and standard raw materials, proper composition and formulation of requests, quantitative and qualitative controls of processes, alignment of organizational culture with cleaner production goals, timely planning of received orders, adaptation of production products to customers’ requests and continuous empowerment manpower with a view to cleaner production are also in the next priorities. The results of this research can be used in the implementation of cleaner production process in the corrugated box making industriesin Iran.
