چالش ها و راهبردهای توسعه صنعت کارتن سازی ایران

توسعه و پیشرفت صنعت بسته بندی از الزامات تعالی صنعتی هر مملکتی محسوب می شود. در این میان، صنایع کارتن سازی همواره جایگاه ممتازی را به خود اختصاص داده است. متاسفانه با تشدید فشارها بر صنعت و محدودیت های تامین ارز و نقدینگی همراه با آشتفتگی ها در تصمیم سازی برای مدیریت صنایع در سطح کلان، صنایع کارتن سازی را با بحران هایی مواجه کرده است. برای این منظور ، پژوهش حاضر چالش های پیش روی و راهکارهای برون رفت از آن ها را در صنعت کارتن سازی بررسی می نماید. جهت نظرسنجی از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بهره گرفته شد و پایایی آن نیز با استفاده از روش محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ مورد تایید قرار گرفت. داده های حاصل از پرسشنامه ها با نرم افزارهای آماری متداول مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که تامین مواد اولیه، شتاب در جایگزینی سایر بسته بندی ها به جای بسته بندی های بر پایه کارتن، کمبود دانش تخصصی، فقدان فنّاوری مناسب، فرسوده بودن بسیاری از ماشین آلات در واحدهای صنعتی و عدم امکان بروز نمودن آن ها از جمله چالش های پیش روی صنعت کارتن سازی می باشد. برای برون رفت از این چالش ها می توان به بهره گیری از مزیت های نسبی منطقه ای در تامین مواد اولیه مناسب و ... اشاره نمود.

Challenges and Strategies for the Development of the Iranian Corrugated Box Making Industries

The development of the packaging industry is one of the requirements of the industrial excellence of countries.The Corrugated box making Industries has always been a privileged position.Unfortunately, with the increasing pressures on the industry and the constraints of currency exchange and liquidity coupled with the uncertainties in decisionmaking for largescale industry management, the corrugated box making Industries have faced crises.To this end, the present study examines the challenges facing them and ways to overcome them in the corrugated box making Industries.A researchermade questionnaire was used for the survey and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach’s alpha calculation method.The data of the questionnaires were analyzed by the statistical software.The results showed that the supply of raw materials accelerated the replacement of other packaging’s instead of Corrugated based packages, lack of specialized knowledge, lack of appropriate technology, wornout and do not updating the machinery are  the most challenges that facing the corrugated box making Industries.To overcome these challenges, one can point to the use of regional comparative advantages in the provision of suitable raw materials and so on.
