بررسی مشکلات فراوان صنعت بسته‌بندی مواد غذایی در استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد با نگاه محاسباتی

بسته‌بند ی یکی از شاخص‌های اصلی صنعت مواد غذایی می‌باشد که در کشور ما صنعت بسیار جوانی است، در صورت توجه به این صنعت و به‌روز رسانی آن می‌توان افزایش تقاضا و ارزآوری را در سطوح داخلی و بین‌المللی به طورقابل‌ملاحظه، ارتقاء  بخشید. در سراسر جهان، کیفیت بسته‌بندی در مواد غذایی نشان دهنده کیفیت مطلوب و استاندارد تولید محصول نیز می‌باشد. هدف اصلی این مطالعه، بررسی وضعیت بسته‌بندی مواد غذایی در استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمداست. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش کلیه شرکت‌های صنایع غذایی و بسته‌بندی موجود در استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد می باشند. نتایج این پژوهشنشان داد که بسته‌بندی استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد شامل مواردی همچون فقدان واحد مسئول مشخص، کمبود مراکز تحقیقاتی ویژه، نگاه سیاسی در صنعت، عدم بودجه‌بندی صحیح، عدم استفاده از ظرفیت‌های علمی و دانشگاهی در بهبود این صنعت، نگاه سنتی صنعتگران به این صنعت، فقدان نهادهای علمی و نظارتی در خرید و بازرسی دستگاه‌های بی‌کیفیت و در نهایت استفاده از مواد اولیه بسته‌بندی با کیفیت بسیار پایین می‌باشد. در نتیجه، با وجود صنایع کشاورزی بسیار خوب در استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد، فقدان صنعت بسته‌بندی مناسب، مانع پیشرفت صنایع و افزایش اشتغال شده است. بنابراین انجام مطالعات راهبردی و بررسی مشکلات این صنعت برای حفظ کیفیت محصولات، افزایش توان فروش و رقابت با سایر کارخانه‌ها و استان‌ها ضروری است.

Investigation of the Many Problems of Food Packaging Industry in Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad Province with Computational View

Packing is one of the main indexes of the food industry, which is a very young industry in our country. If you pay attention to this industry and its update, it can increase the demand and financial benefit at the domestic and international levels. Worldwide, the quality of packaging in foodstuffs shows the quality and standard of product production. The main objective of this study is the investigation of foodstuffs packaging in Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad province. The statistical population in this research is all foodstuffs and packaging industries in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad province. The results of this study showed that packaging problems of Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad province included issues such as the lack of special responsible department, the lack of specialist research centers, the political viewof the industry, the lack of the proper budgeting, the lack of scientific and academic capacities to improve this industry, the traditional view of industrialists to this industry, the lack of scientific and regulatory institutions and oversight in the purchase and inspection of poor quality devices and finally, the use of lowquality packaging materials in the province. According to the results, despite the good agricultural industry in Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad province, the lack of suitable packaging industry has prevented industry from developing and increasing employment. Therefore conducting strategic studies and reviewing the industry’s problems is essential to maintain products quality, increase sales and compete with other factories and provinces.
