کالبد شکافی تاثیرات چالش های امنیتی کشور آذربایجان بر روابط اقتصادی با جمهوری اسلامی ایران

امنیت اقتصادی به توانایی یک کشور برای تامین نیازهای اساسی و رفاه شهروندان اشاره دارد. هدف محوری این پژوهش بررسی آثار چالشهای امنیتی باکو بر روابط اقتصادی آن با ایران است. روش استفاده شده در این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی است با توجه به بحران های داخلی ایران افزایش فشار بین المللی و انزوا و تغییر چشم انداز ژئوپلیتیکی در قفقاز جنوبی، پیچیدگی بیشتری به روابط پرتنش بین جمهوری آذربایجان و ایران بخشیده است. اگرچه اخیرا تنش زدایی جزئی در روابط باکو تهران رخ داده است اما هنوز یک مشارکت آرام درون منطقه ای اعتماد متقابل حاصل نشده است به این ترتیب عواملی مانند مشارکتهای اقتصادی و تجاری می توانند عوامل تغییر دهنده بازی برای برقراری مجدد گفتگوهای منطقه ای و احیایمبتنی برمیتاریخ دریافت: 1403/2/30 مشارکت عمل گرایانه باشند با توجه به عناصر تاثیرگذار بر سیاست امنیتی کشور آذربایجان توان گفت که سیاستهای امنیتی جمهوری آذربایجان در سطوح مختلف خرد و کلان بر امنیت اقتصادی ایران تاثیر گذار است در این راستا میتوان به موضوعاتی همچون کاهش روابط اقتصادی، امنیتی شدن منطقه و کاهش سرمایه گذاری تاثیر بر روابط اقتصادی ایران با سایر کشورهای منطقه همچون ترکیه فقدان توسعه مناطق مرزی اشاره کرد.

an autopsy of the effects of azerbaijan's security challenges on economic relations with the islamic republic of iran

globalization has made the threat environment more diverse and complex to understand the dynamics of the state system. the globalization of economies has had a significant impact on the economic security of countries around the world. economic security refers to the ability of a country to meet the basic needs and well-being of its citizens. the central question and goal of this research is what effects azerbaijan’s security attitude has had on iran’s economic security, especially in the years 2018 to 2023. the method used in this research is descriptive-analytical. considering iran’s internal crises, increasing international pressure and isolation, and changing the geopolitical landscape in the south caucasus, it has added more complexity to the tense relations between the republic of azerbaijan and iran.. although there has been a partial de-escalation in baku-tehran relations recently, a peaceful intra-regional partnership based on mutual trust has not yet been achieved. in this way, factors such as economic and trade partnerships can be game-changing factors to re-establish regional dialogue and revive pragmatic partnership. considering the elements affecting the security policy of azerbaijan, it can be said that the security policies of the republic of azerbaijan affect iran’s economic security at different micro and macro levels. in this regard, we can mention issues such as the reduction of economic relations, the security of the region and the reduction of investment, the impact on iran’s economic relations with other countries in the region such as turkey, and the lack of development of border areas.
