بررسی امارت های سیاسی استیلاء، و استکفاء دوره خلافت عباسیان

این مقاله به بررسی انوع امارت های سیاسی در دوره خلافت عباسیان پرداخته است. دو نوع امارت استیلا و استکفا در این دوره رواج داشت که عمدتا در بطن تحولاتی شکل گرفتند که نظام حکمرانی خلافت عباسی را در گستره وسیع قلمرو امپراتوری شکست خورده و فروپاشیده ساسانی را به چالش می کشید، اگرچه ایرانیان در شکل گیری خلافت عباسی نقش بسیار مهمی داشتند، ولی عباسیان پس از تثبیت قدرت، سیاست خود را نسبت به آنان تغییر داده، سیاست خشونت را در پیش گرفتند. همین مساله در واکنش ایرانیان در برابر خلافت عباسی موثر بود، ایجاد شورش‌های و تشکیل حکومت‌هایی چون طاهریان، صفاریان و سامانیان نتیجۀ طبیعی تغییر سیاست خلافت عباسی در برابر ایرانیان بود، پس از ایجاد این حکومت‌ها بنا به شرایط و مسائل ایجاد شده تعامل و تقابل بین خلفای عباسی و امارت‌های ایرانی پیش آمد، به ویژه آنکه بعضی از آنها مانند صفاریان، بدون عهد و منشور خلیفه به قدرت رسیده بودند. این مقاله به روش تاریخی و تبیینی در پی بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل امارت های استیلا و استکفا در دوره خلافت عباسی است. 

a study of the political emirates of estila and estekfa during the abbasid caliphate

this article examines the types of political emirates during the abbasid caliphate. two types of emirates, estila and estekfa, were prevalent during this period, which were mainly formed in the midst of developments that challenged the governance system of the abbasid caliphate in the vast territory of the defeated and collapsed sassanid empire. although the iranians played a very important role in the formation of the abbasid caliphate, the abbasids changed their policy towards them after establishing their power and adopted a policy of violence. this issue was effective in the reaction of the iranians against the abbasid caliphate. the creation of rebellions and the formation of governments such as the taherids, the saffarids and the samanids was a natural result of the change in the policy of the abbasid caliphate against the iranians. after the establishment of these governments, interaction and confrontation between the abbasid caliphs and the iranian emirates occurred due to the conditions and issues created, especially since some of them, like the saffarids, had come to power without a caliph’s covenant or charter. this article seeks to examine and analyze the estila and estekfa during the abbasid caliphate, using a historical and explanatory method
