مهمترین موانع و چالش های مرتبط با حمایت از سرمایه گذاری داخلی و خارجی در ایران

جذب و حمایت از سرمایه گذاری داخلی و خارجی ایران نیازمند اصلاحات جدی در جنبه های اقتصادی، سیاسی و اجتماعی است بهبود بسترهای لازم و رفع موانع قانونی و بوروکراتیک، میتواند به افزایش تراکم سرمایه گذاری و رشد اقتصادی کمک کند. اما قبل از هر چیز لازم است تا چالشها و موانع موجود شناسایی و از ابعاد مختلف بررسی و پژوهش قرار گیرند از این رو در این مقاله به این موضوع پرداخته شده است. در این مقاله که به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و با بهره گیری از منابع و متون کتابخانه ای به انجام رسیده است این نتایج حاصل گردید که انجام سرمایه گذاری داخلی و خارجی مستلزم وجود اقتضائات لازم و فقدان موانع میباشد موانع و محذورات حقوقی که به عنوان موضوع نوشتار حاضر انتخاب و بررسی گردیده نقش بسزایی در عدم موفقیت ایران در جذب و حمایت از سرمایه گذاری داشته است آسیب شناسی صورت پذیرفته گویای این است که موانع و چالش مختلف حقوقی و غیر حقوقی در این ارتباط متصور است که در این مقاله به سه دسته از مهمترین این چالشها پرداخته شد و البته باید در نظر داشت که احصاء تمامی چالشها در ابعاد مختلف در یک مقاله نیست و قطعا میسر چالش ها و موانع بیشتری در این زمینه متصور است اما همانطور که بیان شد؛ چالشهای ایی مذکور در این مقاله از نظر نگارنده مهمترین چالشهای حقوقی بوده که به تفصیل درباره آن بحث شده است. عدم عضویت ایران در سازمان تجارت جهانی»، عدم وجود نظام مناسب برای حل و فصل اختلافات و کاستی ها و آسیب های مرتبط با شخیصت حقوقی شرکت در مرحله ورود و استقرار سرمایه مهمترین چالش های مدنظر می باشند.
