تاثیرات دولت رانتیر بر تحقق حکمرانی مطلوب در دولت احمدی‌نژاد و روحانی

با بررسی سیر تاریخ معاصر ایران می توان به دولت رانتی و نقش آن در عقب راندن ‌فرآیند توسعه خاصه حکمرانی مطلوب اشاره نمود این موضوع با کشف نفت و متکی شدن دولت به صادرات و درآمد حاصل از آن برحسته شده و پیامد های فراوانی در پی داشته است نماد بارز این نوع از دولت در دوران ریاست جمهوری احمدی‌نژاد و روحانی مصداق پیدا کرده است. مقاله حاضر درصدد بررسی «تاثیرات دولت رانتیر بر عدم تحقق حکمرانی مطلوب در دولت احمدی‌نژاد و روحانی» است از‌ این منظر پس از بسط فضای مفهومی ‌موضوع و بیان جنبه مسئله مند بودن آن، به بررسی ابعاد و جنبه‌های مختلف تاثیر دولت رانتیر بر توسعه سیاسی خواهد پرداخت. مطابق با مستندات موضوعی ارائه شده در‌این پژوهش، روش تحقیق، توصیفی- تحلیلی و روش گردآوری اطلاعات در ‌این پژوهش، تحلیل اسنادی می‌باشد. یافته‌های ‌این مطالعه، حاکی از آن است که «تقویت دولت رانتیر در ایران در دوران احمدی‌نژاد و روحانی سه بازوی حکمرانی مطلوب یعنی دولت کارآمد مبتنی بر قانون‌مداری و اعتماد سازی جامعه مدنی نهادینه شده و بخش خصوصی فعال، توسعه سیاسی را در ایران با چالش مواجه نموده است.

by examining the course of contemporary history of iran, we can point out the rentier government and its role in pushing back the development process, especially good governance. it has been a clear symbol of this type of government during the presidency of ahmadinejad and rouhani. the present article aims to investigate the effects of the rentier government on the failure to achieve the desired governance in the government of ahmadinejad and rouhani. from this point of view, after expanding the conceptual space of the subject and expressing its problematic aspect, it will examine the various dimensions and aspects of the influence of the rentier government on political development. the payment. according to the subject documents presented in this research, the research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of gathering information in this research is document analysis. the findings of this study indicate that the strengthening of the rentier government in iran during the era of ahmadinejad and rouhani, the three arms of desirable governance, i.e. the efficient government based on the rule of law and the trust building of the institutionalized civil society and the active private sector, have contributed to the political development in iran with has faced a challenge.
