گلچین گرایی؛ رهیافتی نو برای تبیین بحران های بین المللی

با وجود این که بحران های بین المللی یکی از سرفصل های اصلی مطالعاتی رشته روابط بین الملل است؛ اما به نظر می رسد که تبیین آن در دیسیپلین روابط بین المل دچار چالش جدی و اساسی می باشد. بنیان این چالش نیز به نسبت بین نظریه های روابط بین المل و بحران های بین المللی بر می گردد. اساسی ترین پرسشی که در این میان مطرح می باشد این است که آیا انتظار از نظریه های روابط بین الملل با توجه به گزیده گویی و مبانی فرانظری آنها که تنها نوع خاصی از دانش را معتبر می دانند؛ برای توضیح بحران های بین المللی که متغیرهای زیادی در سطوح مختلف در ایجاد و تشدید آنها دخالت دارد انتظار به جایی است؟ این مقاله تلاش می کند به این پرسش کلیدی پاسخ دهد و فرضیه اصلی نیز در پاسخ به این سئوال این است که به دلیل پیچیدگی بحران های بین الملی و دخالت تعداد زیادی از متغیرها و بازیگران در سطوح فردی ، دولتی ، منطقه ای ،ساختاری و نهادی ، اکتفا به یک نظریه واحد برای تبیین آنها درک ناقص و ضعیفی از علل ایجاد و گسترش و شیوه های مدیریت این بحران ها ارائه می کند؛ به همین دلیل با استفاده از رهیافت گلچین گرایی بهتر می توان به تبیین بحران های بین المللی پرداخت.

Eclecticism; A new approach to Explaining International Crises

Although International crisis are one of the main study subjects of the Discipline of International Relations , but it seems that Explanation of these crisis in the Discipline seriously is a challenging matter. The Root of this challenge is mainly related to the Relationship between Theories of International Relations and International Crisis. The Fundamental question which is significant in this field is that according to the parsimony and meta theoretical basics of IR Theories which just verified specific kind of knowledge, Are these theories capable to explain international crisis which there are different and various variables in different levels that affect their creation and their Escalations? This Article Attempts to answer this key question and The main hypothesis applied for answering This question includes: Given to the complicated situation of international crisis and interference of very different variables and players in various level including individual, governmental, regional, structural and system level, using just one and unique theory for explanation of them , providing incapable and weak understanding of the main cause of their creation , Escalation and management of these crisis. For this reason, The International crisis can be better explained using the Eclecticism approach.
