جایگاه پدافند غیر عامل در تامین امنیت بین الملل

امنیت به عنوان یکی از محوری ترین نیازهای بشر و به عنوان یکی از مفاهیم مهم روابط بین الملل همواره مورد توجه پارادایم های روابط بین الملل بوده است. پدافند غیر عامل به عنوان یکی از موثرترین و پایدار ترین روشهای دفاع و تامین امنیت در مقابل تهدیدات، همواره مد نظر اکثر کشورهای جهان قرار داشته است و حتی کشورهایی مانند آمریکا و شوروی سابق با وجود برخورداری از توان نظامی بسیار بالا به این موضوع به صورت ویژهای توجه داشته اند و کشوری مانند سویس با وجود بی طرفی در دو جنگ جهانی و مواجه نبودن با تهدید به این موضوع توجه بسیار زیادی دارد. در پژوهش حاضر به این پرسش می پردازد که پدافند غیر عامل چه جایگاهی در تامین امنیت در روابط بین ملل دارد. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی نقش پدافند غیرعامل در امنیت است. روش تحقیق صورت توصیفی تحلیلی می‌باشد. روش جمع آوری اطلاعات مورد نیاز تحقیق با استفاده از روش کتابخانه ای و با مراجعه به منابع معتبر، کتب و مقالات گردآوری شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد. عدم احساس آرامشی که از طریق پدافند غیر عامل به وجود می آید، مهم ترین مانع در مسیر حرکت کشورها به سمت اهداف از پیش تعیین شده است .

Non-Operating Defense Position in International Security

The present study addresses the question of what role nonfactor defense plays in securing international relations. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of passive defense in security. The research method is descriptiveanalytical. The method of collecting the required research information was collected using a library method with reference to authoritative sources, books and articles. results show. The lack of tranquility that comes from defensive defenses is the most important obstacle in moving countries toward their predetermined goals.
