بررسی تاثیر الزامات بین المللی در طراحی و تدوین الگوهای توسعه ملی ( با تاکید بر الگوی اسلامی – ایرانی پیشرفت)

فلسفه الگوی توسعه ملی ، در واقع ارائه طرحی بومی از توسعه ، متمایز از الگو یا الگوهای توسعه‌ای حاکم است. نکته حائز اهمیت اینکه قرار است الگوی اسلامی – ایرانی پیشرفت پس از طراحی، در عمل به نقشه راه توسعه‌ای کشور تبدیل شده و در نقش الگویی مستقل با ویژگی‌های منحصر به فرد ظاهر شود. عملیاتی شدن این الگو مستلزم واقعی بودن رویکردها و آموزه‌های آن متناسب با شرایط و ویژگی‌های ملی و محلی با نگرش جهانی است. حیات، پویایی ، پایداری و کارآمدی هر الگوی توسعه‌ای در گرو محصور نماندن در مرزهای سیاسی و نقش‌آفرینی در عرصه جهانی است. سوال قابل طرح این است که الگوی اسلامی – ایرانی پیشرفت برای ماندگاری و کارآمدی چه رویکرد و رفتاری را باید در عرصه جهانی و در ارتباط با سایر الگوها به ویژه الگوی حاکم در پیش گیرد؟ در پاسخ به سوال فوق ، این فرضیه مورد تاکید است که الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت در صورت تعامل کنش‌گرا( فعال ) با محیط بین‌المللی و در ارتباط با الگوهای حاکم جهانی، می‌تواند زمینه کارایی ، کارآمدی و پویایی خود را حفظ کرده و به الگویی نقش‌آفرین با گستره جهانی تبدیل شود.

The impact of the system International in designing and developing national development models

The pattern of national development is, in fact, the presentation of a local pattern of development, distinct from the prevailing pattern or patterns of development.
