توافق هسته‌ای و برساختگی هویّت جدید ایران در افکار عمومی بین‌المللی

توافق هسته‌ای ایران با گروه 1+5 از جمله رخدادهای مهمی است که نه تنها دارای اثرگذاری قابل توجّه در داخل ایران، بلکه دارای پیامدهای مهم منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی است. یکی از مهم‌ترین این پیامدها تاثیر این توافق بر افکار عمومی جامعه بین‌الملل و بازسازی تصویر جمهوری اسلامی در رسانه‌ها و نهایتاً افکار عمومی جهان است. سوال اصلی این مقاله آن است که توافق هسته‌ای ایران با گروه 1+5 چه تاثیری بر افکار عمومی بین‌المللی نسبت به ایران گذاشته است؟ در پاسخ به این پرسش و با بهره‌گیری از نظریه سازه‌انگاری، این فرضیه مطرح شده است که توافق هسته‌ای ایران و گروه 1+5 موجب شده تصویر ذهنی جامعه بین‌الملل تغییر یابد و با زیر سوال بردن «پروژه ایران‌هراسی» موجبات برساخته‌شدن هویّت ایجابی ایران در افکار عمومی جامعه بین‌الملل را فراهم آورده است. مقاله حاضر با روش توصیفی تحلیلی، به تجزیه و تحلیل اظهارات و واکنش‌های بین‌المللی نسبت به این توافق پرداخته و در پایان نتیجه گرفته است که توافق هسته‌ای از رهگذر ارتقای ظرفیت‌های دیپلماسی عمومی جمهوری اسلامی ایران فرصت مناسبی را برای نمایاندن چهره واقعی و صلح‌طلب ایران به وجود آورده است.

Iran’s Nuclear Deal and Reconstruction of Iranian New Identity in International Public Opinion

Iran’s nuclear deal with the P5 + 1, represents a major event that has had not only a significant impact on internal affair of Iran, but also important regional and international out comes. One of the consequences of this deal is it’s impact on public opinion of the international community as well as the Reconstruction of new image of the Islamic Republic in the media, and ultimately in the global public opinion. The main question of this paper is that what has been the impact of Iran’s nuclear deal with the P5 + 1 on international public opinion? In response to the question the author by adopting the theory of constructivism, as their conceptual framework, have presented the hypothesis that the nuclear deal between Iran and the P5 + 1 has resulted in the mind change of international community so that it put under question the Iran phobia Project this image change reconstructed a positive identity of Iran in the international public opinion. This paper via descriptive and analytical method, scrutinizes on the international statements and reactions to this deal and concludes that Iran’s nuclear deal with 5+1 has promoted the I.R of Iran’s potentialities in public diplomacy and created a suitable opportunity to represent the true face and peaceful image of Iran.
