قابلیت‌ها و فرصت‌های نظریه‌پردازی اسلامی ایرانی روابط بین‌الملل

این مقاله در پی تبیین این مسئله است که قابلیت‌ها و فرصت‌های نظریه‌پردازی اسلامی ایرانی روابط بین‌الملل در ایران کدامند؟ برای پاسخ به این پرسش، ابتدا «قابلیت‌ها» و «فرصت‌ها»ی موجود مورد تبیین قرار گرفته‌ و هدف از «نظریه‌پردازی» روشن شده است. قابلیت‌های نظریه‌پردازی ابتدا به دو دستۀ قابلیت‌های نظری تاریخی و قابلیت‌های نظری عملی روزآمد تقسیم شده‌اند. قابلیت‌های نظری تاریخی عبارتند از: 1. آموزه‌های ایران باستان در زمینه روابط بین ملت‌ها؛ 2. تجارب تاریخ تمدن اسلام و ایران؛ 3. منبع غنی ادبیات فارسی. قابلیت‌های نظری عملی روزآمد عبارتند از: 1. امکان بازخوانی قرآن، سنت و سیرۀ ائمه شیعه؛ 2. امکان دستیابی به دانش و تخصص مورد نیاز؛ 3. ژئوپلیتیک ایران. فرصت‌های نظریه‌پردازی اسلامی ایرانی روابط بین‌الملل عمدتاً تابع شرایط هستند و به تناسب زمان تغییر می‌کنند؛ فرصت‌های موجود به سه دسته به شرح زیر تقسیم شده‌اند: 1. شرایط بین‌المللی در حال گذار؛ 2. امکان طرح نگرش‌ها و مکاتب جدید؛ 3. گفتمان انقلاب اسلامی. اما نظریه‌پردازی ایرانی –اسلامی می‌تواند با سه هدف صورت گیرد: 1. فهم واقعیت‌ها و مسائل روابط بین‌الملل. 2. واکنش به سیاست‌ها و اقدامات سایر بازیگران برای حفظ و تامین منافع. 3. کنش و مواجهه فعالانه در نظام بین‌الملل به‌منظور تغییر جهت‌ها و ساختارها.

Capabilities and Opportunities of IranianIslamic Theorization on International Relations

This article attempts to address the question as to what are the capabilities and opportunities of IranianIslamic theorization on International Relations? Answering this question, the study will initially pinpoint the existing capabilities and opportunities in order to clarify the purpose of theorizing. The capabilities of the theorization are divided into two categories: first, the historical perspective of theoretical capabilities and second, the current and practical perspective of theoretical capabilities. The historical perspective considers: I. Ancient Iranian teachings on relations among nations; II. Historical experiences of the Iranian and Islamic civilizations; III. Rich source of Persian literature. While the current and practical perspective includes: I. The possibility of reciting the Quran, traditions and hadiths of Shiia Imams; II. The possibility of accessing the required knowledge and expertise; III. The geopolitics of Iran. As long as the opportunities of IranianIslamic theorization on IR are concerned, they mostly depend on circumstances, and they accordingly change over period of time. However, the available opportunities could be divided into three categories as follow: first, the transitional international circumstances; second, the possibility of projecting new perspectives and schools of thought; and third, the discourse of Islamic Revolution Overall, the IranianIslamic theorization on IR could be realized by considering three objectives: first, perceiving the international issues and realities; second, responding to the policies and actions of other international actors in order to pursue and safeguard the interests; and third, active action and confrontation to the changing trends and structures of International system
