چکیده
|
در این مقاله تلاش شده تا با تاکید بر نگرش سازه انگاری به عنوان یکی از رویکردهای مهم در زمینه روابط بین الملل و مطالعات منطقه ای، به تبیین مقوله همگرایی و منطقه گرایی در روابط بین الملل بپردازد.در این راستا ابتدا به تشریح مبانی نظری سازه انگاری پرداخته و سپس نگرش این رویکرد در باب منطقه گرایی و همگرایی منطقه ای و عناصر و متغییرهایی که به عنوان عوامل موثر در منطقه گرایی و بویژه تعمیق و نهادینه شدن منطقه گرایی و همگرایی منطقه ای مورد توجه این رویکرد قرار گرفته را برشمرده و آن را مفهوم سازی و تئوریزه کرده است. در مطالعات موردی نیز به مفهوم سازی اتحادیه اروپا به عنوان یک نهاد بین المللی بر اساس سازه انگاری پرداخته ایم. در نهایت در نتیجه گیری عنوان می شود که این رویکرد توانسته است افق تازه ای در زمینه مطالعات منطقه ای و همگرایی و منطقه گرایی بگشاید، بطوریکه امروزه به یکی از رویکردهای مهم در زمینه مطالعات مربوط به همگرایی و منطقه گرایی و بویژه تحلیل های مقایسه ای تبدیل شده است.

Conceptualization of Integration and Regionalism in International Relations from Constructivist Perspective: European Union

Abstract
|
This article is an attempt to explain the issue of integration and regionalism in international relations with focus on the Constructivism as one of the important perspectives in the context of international relations. In this regard, the theoretical principles of Constructivism are initially discussed and consequently its perspective on regionalism and regional integration. All the elements and variables that are as important factors in the regionalism and specially deepening and institutionalization of regionalism and regional integration considered by this perspective are taken into account which are then conceptualized and theorized. As the case study also the EU is conceptualized as an international institution on the basis of Constructivism. Eventually, it is concluded that this perspective has been able to create a new prospect in the regional studies, integration and regionalism so much so that it is presently deemed as one of the important perspectives in the studies related to integration, regionalism especially comparative analysis
